The host was available (before our visit, at arrival and during our short stay). The property is exactly like the photos - spacious, light filled, nice patio overlooking the golf course). The set of fiesta ware-like dishes in desert colors is well displayed and very attractive. The library/media room is very well stocked. The property is great for a group of women interested in a weekend away for golf and enjoying the desert sun. The house is located in an area that is quiet and peaceful.

Having the door access code not work on arrival was disconcerting but quickly resolved with a call to the owner. The WiFi/internet access was intermittent and not dependable. The awkwardness of the space for the toilet and shower in the main bathroom.

The property is located on the golf course in a very quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy with the gated community staff. The house is spacious and the beds super comfortable. Nice big kitchen with all essentials you need, ice maker in the freezer and filtered water in the fridge. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to the downtown area to reach restaurants and grocery store. I believe that there is a restaurant located there in the community but we did not visit it nor the community pool. There is parking for two cars in the garage although it was a little tight due to cupboards on one side of the garage. Communication was great with the owner, she responds quickly to messages and provides detailed information ahead of time to make it easy for you. We did not need to contact her during our stay. This is a dark sky community, so don't forget to stargaze at night. So beautiful. I would love to stay here again!

We loved this place! The only nit picky thing I would change since you asked, would be be the option to have additional light blocking shades or curtains to go over the existing shades in the bedrooms. We stay up late and like to sleep in a bit when on vacation in this kind of town and the option to block out the morning light would be wonderful. I suppose in the warmer months, you do need to get up early to do your hikes or golf before it gets too hot and that is when it would be great to wake up with the sun.
