This is our second stay at this property. Kathryn, the host, is amazing. We first visited in the winter over New Years and again in May. The gardens were in full bloom in May and the yard was absolutely lovely. Kathryn works hard to keep her property looking beautiful and the beauty offers a relaxing sanctuary. This stay we roasted hot dogs and s’mores over the open fire pit in the yard and visited with family. This is a great location with a great host and well worth the money! We highly recommend this property! So many amenities… So peaceful….

My extended family lives in Hendersonville and every time I visit, I rent a place to stay. This was by far the BEST place I have ever rented. It is a lovely 3 bedroom 1 bath walkout level apartment with plenty of light. From the moment my family arrived with my husband, 2 adult teens and two dogs, we felt at home. The owner has gone to great lengths to provide every amenity you will ever need. The location was perfect and the grounds were well maintained. I was visiting and hosting my family for the holidays and this apartment was perfect for both. Plenty of room for entertaining but cozy and comfortable enough for a family of four to spend time together, play games, cook wonderful meals, and rejuvenate. The decor was eclectic and welcoming and the hosts were so kind and approachable. From here on out, I will book THIS property every time I come down to visit family and will rearrange my schedule just to make sure it is available to book. I liked everything.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. It is spacious, clean, and full of everything one needs for cooking and eating meals. The large yard outside has several amenities and is luscious and full of life.

there was no breakfest served but it had everything need to cook.

I didnt like that there was personal things left and they laundry area could be cleaner. but it was very cozy. kathy is very polite..
