It was not very clean walls were dirty. The floors were also dirty. Game room the pool table was in bad shape. The pool was dirty had bottle caps in the bottom of the pool.

Loved the house it was a perfect size for us with just enough space and plenty of fun activities close by.

I liked the pool even though it was cold but the sun was beaming and very hot so it came together. My room was nice and my bed was comfortable.

The house was not cleaned well before we arrived. When we went inside there was dirt in the corners, there was a pile of dirt sitting behind the arm chair. There were 0 wash rags. We had to go buy some. I wish I would’ve taken pictures to show. It was hot as hell and the a/c couldn’t be turned lower than 75 degrees. We wanted to at least put it on 70 and it wouldn’t go any lower than 73. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and we ran out by the second night we were there so we had to go out and buy our own. We only stayed for 3 nights.

I liked the layout of the house and the spaciousness also the fact that 2 rooms had their own bathroom. I liked that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. They provided towels also which was nice. Plenty of dining seating for a large group was also great.

Game room was hot, the cleaning fee was outrageous considering the property wasn't very clean when we got there. There was dust and carpets looked a little dirty which was bad for my allergies. There were also roaches. I had to put batteries in my remote for the TV. Couldn't use the pool because it didn't look clean. It was also a little far from Universal and SeaWorld. Also I didn't like the fact that they require you to wash the towels and take out the trash bin.$ 280 cleaning fee should take care of that in my opinion. I Feel like check-in was kind of late at 4pm. Checkout, however way too early

It was spacious and accommodated the whole family of over 9, the kids enjoyed the pool. The kitchen & facilities had all the necessities. The manager Fred was great and made sure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions. The neighborhood was nice & serene. We enjoyed ourselves. It was a fun vacation home at an affordable rate for families. The whole family was satisfied with the place. Their smiles made me smile.
