the security guard was very friendly and made positive conversations with us each time we crossed paths & in the room. I liked all the upgrades of the lights, pictures, and sofa.

After arriving in the room to find only 2 rolls of toilet paper & 2 little boxes of laundry detergent furnished for our week stay Sun - Sat. I had to go out and buy extra supplies. The bedroom television is not compatible with the remote except for the channel change and volume. We had to get out of bed and manually, turn on/off the television by hand & the television has 4 inputs, but would only convert to input 1 for cable, not allowing us to use our personal Roku device. This is my third year in a row staying in this same room. Our first & second years were absolutely amazing, but not so much this year's experience because each day/night, when we left or entered our room, we walked into a strong smell of Marijuana on the first floor and underneath in the parking area when going to the pool, beach, stores, and restaurants & not just once or twice overall, but at least two to three times per day. Last thing, within the past three years, I don't understand why I had to pay over a hundred per day for housekeeping purposes when nobody stocks supplies, cleans the room, gathers trash, and changes the towels & linens each day that's paid for.

Location was wonderful

The condo had a musty smell, the bed and couch bed was horrible. The bedroom was so hot we left a day early. We could not take the heat to sleep. They need to update the furniture. The couch stink so bed, we brought stuff to spray it.

Condo - no breakfast. Close to a lot of restaurants and the beach.

The WiFi didn’t work on my husband’s computer. It was there for a very short time the first night but after that it never showed as an option. He unfortunately had to work Thursday and Friday so he fortunately had a hit spot to use. Very small for the price.. we had children above us that literally jumped on the floor above us the whole stat! No sound proofing. The outlet in the bathroom needs replacing. Nothing would stay plugged into it!

I loved how the restaurants, stores, and attractions are all in walking distance & not having to rely on my vehicle for anything.

Nothing Get a motel and have a better experience. This place is a joke.

This was not a pleasant stay. Bed was really smile. Couch had stains and had an odor. Bathroom was really smile, no water pressure. Had to bend down to get under the shower head. Half of the outlets didn't work. The lock on the main door is messed up. Didn't think we could lock the door when we went out. Will not be staying there again.

This condo is in an excellent location with close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. it is clean. There were plenty of bath towels provided. It was nice to have the kitchen with the modern appliances.

There is a musty smell in the apartment. The decor is dated. We immediately reported that there wasn’t a hair dryer yet one was never provided during our six day stay. There is currently no elevator in the complex so luggage must be carried up and down the stairs. This condo is one story up. Elevators are currently being built. This condo looks out to the back parking lot. We rented our own bicycles but we met others staying in the complex who paid the same high rate as us, and they had an ocean view and bicycles were provided for their use during their stay. The bedroom is tiny and one side of the bed is against the wall. While they have beach chairs, bring your own beach towels as none are provided.
