Maison de ville spacieuse à 5 niveaux et 4 salles de bains à Mount Washington Place, à Bretton Woods et au Mount Washington Resort. Deux suites parentales au niveau supérieur, grand foyer ouvert au salon et cuisine rénovée au niveau principal ainsi qu'une chambre supplémentaire. Le niveau inférieur a une grande grande salle de séjour et deux chambres, salle de bain partagée avec douche à vapeur. Les maisons en rangée de Mount Washington Place sont associées à Brettonwoods et au complexe Omni Mount Washington. Profitez d'un accès facile en navette vers et depuis la station et la montagne. Perfect property for my family. Plenty of space and very clean. Ethan was very attentive to our needs and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Would recommend to anyone.

This townhouse is in a great location for hiking and exploring the Omni Resort in the summer or skiing in the winter. There is ample space for multiple families to stay and be comfortable. The condo is a bit tired and could use some updating and a fresh coat of paint, but that doesn't impact your stay in any way. The kitchen is well stocked.

Ethan’s condo is quite comfortable overall. Plenty of space for a large crowd, with just about everything you might need for cooking and entertaining. As one important note—air conditioning is only provided for the main floor living space. Bedrooms are not air conditioned, although fans are provided. During hot summer temperatures, rooms can be quite warm even with cool NH evenings.

Good Stay
Clean and plenty of room for 10 people. Minor glitches with the electronic lock and temperature control, but I take partial responsibility. Only there for two nights (wedding at the Omni) so we didn't explore much, but Bretton Woods Ski area and Omni resort are very close and convenient.

disappointed
It was listed as having air conditioning and it did not! 2 “arctic” fans did not touch the heat wave we experienced, especially in the upper level bedrooms. We were told that we had access to The Omni Mount Washington Hotel amenities , however we would have been trespassing to use their pool. While the bathrooms were clean, we had to clean the kitchen ourselves prior to use.

Cool spot
Awesome place - pictures are as advertised in the middle of the white mountain range. We had a great stay with the exception of the check in process. I had to reach out to the property owner the night before asking about how to access the property. He gave me us a code that did not work, and we ended up having to hang out on the deck for a couple hours. To his credit, he did unlock the place remotely. It just would have been nice to check in on time.
I can’t say enough good things about the place though - extremely clean and even better than advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Promised reimbursement, never reimbursed
First of all the property manager was trying to kick me out early so someone could work on the property, I was having bike trouble on the way up so this just added stress to the situation. He then promised me full reimbursement when I told him I did not want to leave early as I didn’t know what time I was actually going to make it there. Never did make it there with the bike needing to be towed. Was never reimbursed even though he was the one who offered it, I didn’t ask for it but it would be nice to get my money back for one night that I didn’t even stay or open the door!
