easy access to freeways, hot tub was great. Property needs some tlc.

This house was perfect for us to attend Angels Spring Training. It's about a mile to Diablo Stadium. Also there is a mall down the road. The master bedroom has a king bed, the other 2 rooms have queen beds. The masterbath is very small, but funtional. The second bath is spacious. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they appeared to be clean. It is right next to the freeway. Thank you.

Perfect for what I needed. Everything was as expected. Close to a lot of amenities.

5 minutes to our baseball headquarters. most freeways within 5 minutes, airport within 10 minutes, etc. house has a hot tub for achy muscles after playing ball. amenities all good. owner on the spot when needed. quiet neighborhood with just a little freeway noise

Property manager was great with communication. Great place to stay. Pool was awesome! Felt very safe and homey.

Could have been cleaner

The location of this house gave easy access to all our local destinations. It is next to the freeway, but the noise was barely noticable in the house. Otherwise, it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was set up very nicely and had all the conveniences I could think of and more. The host was very responsive and courteous. Very positive experience.

this is a great property. it is an older home that has had a recent renovation. the location is very convenient, the yard well maintained and the house is clean and comfortable. the kitchen has everything needed to make a meal, although Keurig coffee maker was not there. the bathrooms were both remodeled and done tastefully. would definitely stay again if in the area. this property clearly shows pride in ownership!

The property was great. We came in from Colorado and stayed in mid October when the weather was still warm. The only disappointing thing I have to say is that the pool wasn't very clean so we didn't go swimming.

This was a nice little house and a great price.

The House is on a Culd-a-sac so pretty private. There is an additional $100 fee if you use the Hot Tub. Property management easy to work with and the security on the House is very good.

Everything was great we did have the pool heated and was perfect!

This property is right next to the noisy interstate 10 in a questionable neighborhood where you either have security cameras or a big dog. The interior is comfortable enough with decent furniture and kitchen. The master bathroom is tiny but the other one is roomy. You have to pay extra for the hot tub and only two jets work, just old but clean. To heat the pool is expensive so we didn’t do it. We stayed a month and got along fine but you have to follow a long list of rules. I will say the property manager was a great guy who helped us out in every way.

The reasons why we gave this property a 1 star rating and why we left four weeks early from a six week reservation: *HVAC system never worked properly. It spewed out cold air for quite a while before it warmed up. When we changed the air filter, at the owner’s request, we saw dirty duct work and a filthy filter. It didn’t take long before we felt congested. *see attached pictures (won't let us post pictures!) The place was simply a roof over our heads, it had dirty floors and dirty walls. *hot tub heated up just fine but after two weeks of no maintenance, it became skunky. Also, the jets and controls didn’t work and the headrests were missing. * the Weber grill wouldn’t light without using a bic lighter. * we didn’t know to complain to the managers because this is how they presented the property to renters. Why wouldn’t they do touch ups and clean before renting for a six week period? It’s a mystery to us why this property has received such good reviews. *VRBO has been no help. After being on the phone with them three times for about three hours after we left, no resolution was offered. * not a neighborhood we felt comfortable walking in. * despite giving the managers permission to re-rent the property, it never happened. We were asked to sign a disclaimer, of sorts, without mentioning any of our concerns. We did not sign.

We loved our time here! We were close to grocery store and shopping malls as well as the attractions we wanted to see while in AZ! The pool was a nice luxury! Plenty of room for us to have solo quiet time and we also loved being together to watch movies, eat and prepare meals, or sit outside and relax! Well stocked, clean and we felt 'at home' and comfortable!

I stayed here with a couple friends and I typically do not review properties. There's a couple things that should be noted here. The hot tub is really confusing to set up and use, you also get charged an extra $100 dollars for its use. That should be included in the price. There is no lighting in the back yard at night other than the flood light for the ring camera, so you can choose either privacy or light in the back at night but not both. A friend cut his foot in the hot tub on one of the detached jets, he bled on the sheets and we were charged an additional $108. The floors of the house were also very dirty, you couldn't walk inside with bare feet without getting visible dirt on your feet.

Th place was absolutely great. Very cozy place and seemed like a home away from home. Owner was very helpful and patient with everything and accommodated all our needs. Would absolutely recommend staying here and encourage others to if you get the chance. 10/10

The house was clean. Everything you could need was supplied. Quiet neighborhood. We loved not staying in a hotel for my daughters ASU move in. Close to everything. Great communication with property owner.

I looked at a ton of properties for rent before deciding on this one for our Spring Break and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Check in/out were super easy. Host was responsive. The pool and hot tub were the best! We chose to have the pool heated because of the cold weather the few weeks leading up to our stay. It stayed a great temperature for our entire stay. The hot tub was wonderful to use in the chilly mornings. The pool is in the shade much of the day, which was actually nice considering we came from Michigan with our alabaster, winter skin. There are 4 layout chairs available for use. They can be found folded up in the laundry/mechanical room. Beds, pillows, and linens were comfy. Showers were very nice and updated. The master shower is a little tricky to turn off, but fine once you figure it out. Plenty of bath and pool towels were available for use. The kitchen was well stocked. Living room couch was great (different/newer than what was pictured on the rental page). Location was perfect. 10 minutes from the airport, 15-20 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, 5-10 minutes from downtown Tempe, 5 minutes from a nice mall. Quiet neighborhood.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. The location was close to everything that we wanted to do. We did rent a car. The neighborhood is quiet and there were plenty of food options nearby. We did not cook much but they provided a variety of items to be utilized if we did. There were seasonings, zip lock bags, plenty of pots and pans and kids dishes as well. The Pool was amazing, and after it was heated it stayed warm enough for our entire stay. The door has two handles that have to be opened at the same time so kids can’t go out by themselves which was great since my child was with me. I think the shower in the master bathroom was a little confusing at first but after a call to the manager we were able to understand how it turned off. The beds were comfy and the living room couch was as well. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. The last thing though was the garbage, we had a last minute flight change and so I had to put the garbage out at night, it was VERY dark with no lights in the back alley to guide me. I think as long as we clean up and tie up the garbage that actually putting it out should be the responsibility of the cleaners.

House was nice. The property manager was very responsive. We appreciated the heated pool. Definitely needed for a March stay. Everything was clean and nice. Felt safe in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and the beds we’re comfortable. It’s close to the mall, botanical garden, zoo and airport so it fit our needs well. Too cold to use the pool.

We rented this house to avoid staying at a hotel during the covid debacle. We liked having a pool and not share it with others. The house is very close to campus and even closer to our son's house that he is renting with friends for this school year. This house is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc - it even has a crock pot which I told my wife there was no way a rental house would have one. Had to eat my words on that one. We were able to have my son and his roommates over for dinner and a dip in the pool one night. It was great getting to know them and see them enjoy the pool. Never would have had that opportunity if we were in a hotel. I was a little nervous when I saw that the house faced the highway with no houses across to block the sound but I did not hear much traffic noise at all. Had a couple minor issues like trying to locate the pool lights but the issues were quickly resolved with some messaging in the VRBO app. The owners were very responsive. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely rent again!

I enjoyed my time at this property. All in all it was a good stay and if the few hiccups I experienced are remedied (and I believe they will be); I would recommend this property to anyone. There was an issue with the oven that took a little longer to address than I would have liked given that I was staying long term and planning to use the kitchen. Also in the middle of my stay the pool service just quit without informing management so that was an issue. But otherwise everything went well. As a result of some personal matters I had to extend my stay on 2 different occasions (first booked for 4 weeks but ended up staying 6) and in both instances management was able to work with me and accommodate the extended days that I needed. The stay was not perfect or flawless but it went well enough that I extended the visit and all issues that I encountered were resolved during my time at the property.
