Wonderful home on tree covered 2 acre estate
Profitez de l'ambiance "country" du Texas dans une maison personnalisée personnalisée sur 2+ acres, construite en 2013. La maison comprend une chambre / bureau (avec lit queen escamotable adjacent à la 2e salle de bain), une grande salle (cuisine gastronomique avec articles de petit-déjeuner, table de billard et télévision), salon / salle des médias (avec lit queen escamotable), énorme chambre principale (lit king lit) attaché à la salle de bain principale privée. Cuisine équipée avec petit déjeuner continental inclus. Cette liste VRBO est pour la maison principale (la maison d'hôtes adjacente est également disponible via VRBO). La maison est attachée à un grand porche grillagé avec vue boisée. Les images racontent l'histoire.
La maison est à proximité du parcours de golf Tour 18 pour les amateurs de golf, à proximité du Texas Motor Speedway pour les amateurs de course, et avec un accès facile à Dallas (34 miles), à FortWorth (32 miles) et à Denton (13 miles). We were so thankful and blessed to be able to rent this property for 6 weeks while we were renovating our new house. Thank you for such a great place for our family to stay! You and your husband were so wonderful to us.

Loved Our Stay
Stayed for most of the Summer and Julie and Gary were outstanding. The house is FULLY stocked and so comfortable. They welcomed us and were VERY tolerant of our dogs. Had a great stay and would recommend to anyone!

Had a great 60 day stay. Julie and Gary are very responsive and were very friendly. The house was very clean and had all the necessary gadgets and kitchen supplies needed. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, there was plenty of space for our family, and the owners have provided plenty of family entertainment (pool table, board games, gaming system, movies, etc). My family especially enjoyed the pool table.

Stay during home renovation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, there was plenty of space for our family, and the owners have provided plenty of family entertainment (pool table, board games, gaming system, movies, etc). My family especially enjoyed the pool table.

Loved this place!!
Everything was just as pictured on VRBO, if not better! The property is so beautiful and peaceful, and myself, my sister, and my two adult sons were so comfortable there!
We visited for a family wedding and my son (a chef) even used the kitchen to make a spectacular wedding cake! The spacious and well-stocked kitchen was one of the reasons we booked this place! The owner could not have been nicer and more accomidating, answering a few questions by email during our stay!
I would definitely book this house again, and recommend it to my friends!

Nice quiet getaway close to everything
Great property for quiet getaway or business retreat. I would just add to the listing the owners live in adjoining in-law part of the house. Never saw them but could see how you could when weather warms up on porch or using yard. Overall great experience just would have liked to know prior to renting owners staying in in law suite.

This home was perfect for the family while we were having a home renovation. There is a lot of open living space and the pool table was so fun for our sons. Awesome House!
This house is very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there and convenient to shopping if you do need something. Julie and her husband are on property and are very helpful! I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful property
We had a great stay in this comfortable home. There was lots of space for everyone including an office area. My teens had all the tv channels they could want and a pool table to keep them busy. The gourmet kitchen included everything you would need for great dinners. Highly recommend this property.

Absolutely amazing!!
Julie and Gary are absolutely incredible hosts. Not only is the property gorgeous and well maintained, but they go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. We had pets and a multitude of vehicles and not only did they accommodate every need but went above and beyond - for example, if a storm was coming through, they made space in their garages immediately and notified us as we were very new to these kind of storms. I would recommend Julie and Gary and their beautiful property to anyone - you’ll be blessed by these 2 people!
