New Construction Luxury Home On 150' Natural Beach With Dock And Hot Tub!
Bienvenue à l'inauguration de Shale Beach, une toute nouvelle maison qui possède toutes les fonctionnalités que vous souhaitez. Aucune étape n'est nécessaire pour entrer dans la maison et seulement cinq étapes vous mèneront à une large plage naturelle plate.
La maison comprend des plafonds de 9 pi, des plafonds cathédrale, un foyer au gaz et un gril à gaz intégré sur un spacieux porche couvert. Les nuits fraîches, profitez des radiateurs intégrés sur le porche ou réchauffez-vous près du foyer sur le patio de la plage.
Les fenêtres surdimensionnées offrent beaucoup de lumière naturelle et une vue imprenable sur le lac. La cuisine gastronomique comprend un four, une cuisinière avec hotte, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes et deux réfrigérateurs.
Cinq grandes chambres, dont deux suites parentales, offrent beaucoup d'espace aux coudes pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter. Les chambres comprendront au moins deux lits king-size et deux lits queen-size, chacune avec un matelas de qualité hôtelière.

The instant you walk in the front door you’ll see the expansive view of beautiful Keuka Lake through the large back windows. You’ll want to eat every meal at long table and get up each morning to watch the sunrise from the comfy sectional - both on the expansive back porch. Every evening we gazed at the millions of stars visible while sitting around the fire pit or in the jaccuzzi. Simply stunning views from every room and the back porch. Truly a great Finger lakes experience!

This is the perfect lakeside location! Water was terrific. There is a nice shallow area that was perfect for little kids. The house was equipped with kayaks, a pedal boat, and life jackets, that were all so much fun for big kids and grown ups. Inside was spotless and well equipped. A million bathrooms and tons of space for everyone. We would like to stay again!

Kids in the water ALL the time. Wear water shoes; Zebra mussels will cut your feet without them. WIFI is good. Very quiet. Plenty of hot water. SUNSCREEN! Didn't notice mosquitoes. We had 11 in the house, plenty of room. Good place for families.

Beautiful house situated right on the water. There were a lot of water toys available so we didn't have to deal with any side rentals of equipment. And the AC worked well during the fluke heat wave!

This house was perfect for a relaxing weekend in the Finger Lakes! There was plenty of space and the house was beautifully renovated. The view was priceless!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Property has tons of space, bedding options and bathrooms to match, not something you find in many rentals there. Easy access to property, drive down and parking directly in front of house for easy loading/unloading. The huge back porch was the star of the show. We spent almost all our time out there. The outdoor heating proved very handy given it was a little cool in the mornings and evenings, despite it being July. Lots of fun water toys provided. Throw in the hot tub, fire pit and dining table and you rarely had to go inside.
Dock was not substantial enough or far enough out to support having our pontoon there all week but we contracted for a slip at the local marina and were able to drop off and pick up passengers at the house and tie off for a bit during the day.

First time visiting the finger lakes and it was all we hoped for. We loved our stay, beautiful house, beautiful view, and peaceful. We loved all the amenities inside and out. I highly recommend this home me to others.

It was a nice quiet place right on the lake in a modern house.

David was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond.
My only suggestion would be to put up blinds in the dining room and living room. The morning sun was very bright.

We loved this place! Hard to find this much space on Keuka both inside and out. It was a chilly weekend and the hot tub was so great to have. Additionally, the lakefront porch has built in heaters so we could still enjoy that space as well. Overall extremely happy we rented this home and would not hesitate to do so again!

We had an amazing time! The home is well stocked with plenty of space for 11 of us!
The paddle boat is missing a plug and will be repaired by the owner before anyone else uses it.

A beautiful home situated on a serene lot. The beach is shallow enough for littles, but progresses to deeper area for adults. The covered porch off of the back of the house was a life saver during rain storms. Inside, plenty of space for our group of 11 adults and 5 kids. Super convenient to Hammondsport, for a quick grocery run or dining out.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house was exactly as pictured and the outside area was spectacular. We enjoyed all of the water toys that came with the house plus the boat that we rented for the week. We cooked big meals every night, ate out on the patio and enjoyed the fire pit as well. Having the private beach area was a major plus for the kiddos. We were definitely sad to leave and could’ve stayed another week!

Annual family vacation on Keuka Lake was amazing!!!
This lake house was great! Great location close to Hammondsport. We had a beautiful view of the lake from almost every room! Complementary bottle of wine. Owner was superb! He was very responsive if we had questions or needed anything!! Looking forward to vacationing there again next year with our family!!

Peaceful Slice of Waterfront
Stayed here with my family of 5, plus a couple siblings and their families for a total of 10 people. House interior is simple, but reasonably appointed. Second fridge was great to have. Lots of bedding options and bathrooms, which was a plus. Kids liked the game room, adults liked the open concept feel and sitting out on the large porch, and we all liked sitting out by the fire pit in the evenings. The lake got heavy use, swimming, kayaking, paddle boating, and being right on the water was convenient allowing individuals to come and go as they pleased. Location is great. Close to hammondsport, penn yann, wineries, and hiking trails. Good experience with owner on booking as well. A couple minor complaints …. porch on the lake side was pretty dirty when we arrived, and could use a pressure wash in general. mattresses were ok, but not to everyone’s comfort level; (many pretty firm). Overall though great location and experience. Thanks to the owner for sharing with us.

Family Vacation
The home was perfect for the entire family. Inside and outside tables accommodated all of us for meals together.
Having the large porch on the back of the house overlooking the lake was wonderful. Having a dock and kayaks was fun for all. The family loved being able to fish, swim, kayak etc. Grocery store was close as was many other sites & things to do.
We had to call because of a breaker issue and the response was immediate and was fixed. David was wonderful, as was the house manager. Overall - Great Time & Great Family Vacation!

Even more beautiful in person
From the moment you walk into this home it is amazing. The view and the deck along the water were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for multiple families. The amenities with towels, paper goods, even cosmetic wipes in the bathroom were a nice touch. The whole family spent a lot of time in the paddle boat and kayaks. The owner was responsive and seamlessly allowed for us to extend our stay. We highly recommend this home and plan to go back!!!i

Keuka Lake Retreat
The property is ideal for a family gathering- good inside & outside space. Very clean & well maintained property. The expansive front deck on the lake is ideal for relaxing & the highlight of the property. The kitchen is well furnished, also nice to have the gas grill available. A major disappointment was that the dock was not in the water as advertised. Since this was a major feature of the lake property, I feel the marketing for the property should indicate it is a seasonal feature & may not be available. We were especially surprised by this as all docks in the vicinity were in place just a few days before Memorial Day. I feel there should be a price adjustment for this omission. I would also advise that the front entrance to the house have a railing installed as the step up to the porch is above standard height & was difficult for elderly relatives who visited to negotiate.

Lora’s pre wedding get together
My daughter my wlfe and 6 friends from 30 to 60 had the most amazing time. They sent several pictures and videos of the beautiful property and all its amenities. They did a wine tour with a limo and rented a pontoon boat and relaxed at their weekend home. I think they are already planning another trip.

Beautiful Modern Home
David was a wonderful host! His home was well equipped. Very tentative, had everything you could think of and more. Can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to get away from the city life.

Amazing place!!
We planned a family trip to Finger Lakes and this was such an amazing spot!! So serene and relaxing, the house itself is new and very clean! We loved the fire pit outside and the front deck even has heaters! We loved our stay, don’t hesitate in booking, you’ll thoroughly enjoy the area!

Perfect
This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our weekend away with friends. The lake can be viewed from almost every room in the house and is right out the back door. We enjoyed it all including the fire pit for a bonfire. The host provided all that was needed in a friendly manner. We plan to return to this property in the future.

Heavenly Vacation!
The house and the entire property was beautiful and spacious - perfectly designed for privacy and socializing! All 4 couples had their own large bedroom and full bathroom. The impressive list of amenities - lakefront, private dock with lots of toys available, huge patio with heaters and a long table so we could all enjoy dinners together, well appointed kitchen, close to MANY wineries and breweries, and ending each evening around the firepit in Adirondack chairs under the starry sky. The convenience of the location to the town was just icing on the cake if you happen to forget something. Owner very easy to work with and flexible.

Magical spot for daughter's wedding weekend!
We chose this place for our daughter's 12-person four day wedding celebration. It was beautiful inside and out - with high end finishes and touches, and a huge kitchen. It easily accommodated 12 adults. The highlight, however was the huge outdoor porch facing the beautiful Keuka Lake waterfront. Because the weather cooperated, we were able to have both the rehearsal dinner and the reception on the porch. We only had a couple of questions for the property manager which she was able to answer quickly. We really could not have asked for a better experience. If we ever have the need to have that size group together for a vacation, this is the place we will hope to get again!

Its as good as it looks!
We had a fabulous stay in Finger Lakes - and a large part of it was due to staying at this wonderful home. Unlike some of the previous experiences we have had at renting vacation homes, the photos here (of the location, the house, the facilities) are actually real! :-) That sounds flippant - but its not: it is really frustrating when you see great photos of the property and then in real life the house is simply worse. But here David has great photos of the house, and the house was as good as the photos! And the location is just glorious: beautiful spot on the lake, nice wineries with 15 min drive, pretty good restaurants also within short drive.
We had an extended family get together, and everything was perfect - we had no issues: the check-in/check-out process was as simple as could be, everything was clean and worked, and David was always responsive to our questions. (Thank you David).
Overall, we all had a memorable stay here. And we very much hope to come back to stay again!

Had an awesome time on Keuka. Simply, a great house. Clean, Well maintained, plenty of beds for a large group. Waterfront with dock (space if you rent a boat). Can’t ask for much more. Owner was great with communication.

Exceptional views and gorgeous home with all the nice finishes!
We stayed with ~20 family members at the house and i can’t say enough great things about the home; the views, sunrises, dockside swimming/fishing, amazing kitchen and so much available space for the family to spread out. Also having a dedicated bath room for pretty much every bed room is a huge perk. Wonderful and looking forward to coming back!
