Cool little beach house. Right in the middle of paradise. Keeps you 1 mile from "downtown" And steps from the beach. Very helpful when carrying beach gear for 5! Great for the price. Would stay again...

Six swim girlfriends made the trip, this was a perfect house and location…. clean, easy walk to beach across the street, easy walk to the Village . We had a great time and would definitely return.

Overall this property had a great location (1 mile from downtown bars and restaurants). The property was clean and well equipped with beach chairs, towels, coolers etc. The property owner was rather strict on number of occupants in the house and there is an additional nightly charge per guest if you have more than 4 guests. Apparently this was in the initial listing but I missed it. Ultimately rated this property at 4 stars because the AC continuously auto set to 74 degrees. Other reviews stated 68 degrees which I feel is very fair for Florida temps. The lowest we could turn the AC to was 71 and within an hour it was auto set to 74. We only tried to adjust the AC down at bedtime and the house was a bit stuffy at night at 74 degrees.

The property is located across the street from the beach access point which is very convenient. The space was ample for the six of us to sleep, eat and hang out. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable time.

1. Not allowed to increase heat a couple of degrees House not insulated for very cold weather that is understandable but did have to call to have thermostat limit raised. It was lowered several times during days. One towel per person for 4 day stay. 3. Added one person who’s plans changed at last minute. Still under house limit. Fee excessive because no service change including no towel added. 4. Landlord intercepted our visit because there were several cars in our spaces. Threatened to have towed only one belonged to our party but with 6 adults we each could have driven. Did not a

The house was exactly as described. Perfect location!! Within walking distance to the village and right across the street from the very very nice public beach. The only negative was that there was no hair dryer! So I bought one and left there for the next guests.

Great location! The unit is a few steps from the beach and walking distance to the downtown area. Balazs was easy to contact and quick to respond. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

Location! Location! Location! Great location, very friendly property owner. Lots of extras, beach cheers, beach towels and floats. The only thing that was hard was not being able to control the ac at night, very warm in the front bedroom. But, I would stay there again

We had the best experience at siesta key! Balazs was easy to contact and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is great. The fact that is can accommodate 8 teens in the room worked out as well but the floors and bathrooms could really used updating. It has a lot of potential but falls a bit short in its current state.

We brought my daughter and her 6 friends for their senior year Spring Break. The girls had a blast at the beach, walking to the Village, and catching the Trolley to venture out.

The location was great! Across the road from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We would recommend it!

We loved how close it was to the beach. It was awesome to not have to drive there. I'd say the only down side was the air didn't go down any farther than 72 and we sweated every single night. Then the neighbor behind them wasn't the friendliest he was banging on the door at 5am to move our car which we didn't know that was his driveway so we apologized and moved the car. Then the next day he was banging again said the car was still in his driveway when it wasn't. So I moved it over even more. We did find a huge roach in the middle of the night as well. Which had me grossed out for the rest of the trip. Other than that the house was great, it was big enough, perfect location.

Great location, comfy beds, clean. It was great for what we needed. This weekend was the coldest temps that Florida has seen in a long time but still warmer than NY!

We are VRBO owners of 2 1M+ homes in Maryland, rented to guests over 300 times. We have visited Siesta key 3 times a year for decades. I rarely if ever give poor reviews but nightmares must be reported. We were yelled at & threatened. My wife & kids wouldn’t go to condo alone-afraid the owner would be there. Arrived & mattresses missing from 2 top bunkbed in the 2nd BR . Travelled with our 3 boys. I texted Balazs/owner). He called complaining he was very tired. “I do not want to work anymore today.” He told me there are plenty of beds, 2 in master bedroom, & 2 bottom bunk beds. I told him we rented a house with 2 bunk beds, & we want all of our boys to sleep in the same room. He claimed mattresses destroyed by previous group, & he couldn’t replace. I insisted. He yelled “You can get out of house!” “You want it? Or get out!” I handed my phone to my wife who calmly shared we have 3 boys & need 3 mattresses. He told her, “Don’t you & your husband sleep together? One boy can sleep next to you in your room.” No joke. My brother, a local VRBO owner drove over to help find mattresses. He parked in driveway. Balazs & his coworker arrived & yelled “I’m not happy your parking. Move!” A big, intimidating man. He said “look at me, I wear work clothes. I work all day.” Balasz brought a mattress. Then said, “I’m no giving it to you. I need Nice Talk from you, or no mattress. I have big ego.” I am quoting him ver batim. What? You screamed at us on the phone Balasz & yelled about our parking. He said, “I make joke. Just joke.” Passive aggressive. It was dark, I was worried regarding safety. I asked him to leave. He wouldn’t He dropped off the mattress & apologized & insisted we fist bump. “I changed last month to take away 2 mattress. I should told you. . My mistake.” Balazs then fabricated an email that we were overoccupancy. A lie. I wrote Balazs noting his fabrication & awful treatment. - I told him that my 84 year parents live 8 miles away would park in one of our 3 spaces, but he threatened to remove them. My dad parked 15 minutes away & walked. My 84 y/o mom was afraid to use our bathroom bc of Spy camera at front door. - NEST AC controlled by owner. Cannot cool off house. - Limited hot water. - Bathroom Black mold - Peeling paint on knives. - Beach chairs rusted/broken. Balazs will respond to this review with fabrications about overoccupancy. We booked it for 5 & only 5 entered. A nightmare.

Space and sleeping were terrific. Rooms are actually bigger than they look on the VRBO listing. Only concern is that it was too warm at night. House AC is controlled by a Nest device, controlled by owner. I woiuld recommend communicating with the owner if you need the house cooler at nights.

Two families that enjoy vacations together! The home and location were perfect for our needs!g Great beach access! This was our first time in Siesta Key and we are anticipating future trips! The only one thing that could have made a little difference would be washer and dryer availability! We knew going in we didn’t have one but could have packed less! 😊

Let me start this review by saying that overall it’s a good and convenient property to stay at. With that being said, we did have some surprise visits from a few roaches in the kitchen area. Some were dead, some were alive and well. I contacted Balasz to inquire if pests were an issue, and he responded quickly asking if we would like for him to call their pest service. We declined as we were not so sure about the inconvenience and safety of the service and not in the position to leave and stay elsewhere. Mind you, we also have our 3 young kids with us so their health and comfort is our main concern. My husband went ahead and purchased an eco-friendly pesticide from the store and we just dealt with our little crawling friends as we saw them. We were told to do whatever we needed to do to make ourselves more comfortable. It would have been great if we were offered a refund for the cleaning fee for the inconvenience as we sprayed down the house before we left and cleaned when we got back home. Otherwise, like I stated before, our stay was easy and convenient. The house had everything we needed to make our stay and beach going easy. And Balasz was quick to response to all our inquiries.

Overall the property was nice and we enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. However we experienced an issue with plumbing in the bathroom and the property manager attempted to make us responsible for this ongoing issue. Additionally he tried to charge us $700 for this issue that had nothing to do with us and inconvenienced our experience. The property was unprofessional, made us feel uncomfortable and made racist jokes. The property and location itself were nice and comfortable until we had the plumbing issue.

Great house! A/C was set at 74 degrees, but it was just perfect! Beds were super comfy! Loved that there were 2 refrigerators. Loved that the rinse stations had hot water. Just a wonderful house and loved that everything was advertised as it is.

The unit was great and across the street from an access point to the beach. Getting to see the sunset or morning beach walks was simple and quick. The unit stay cooled with all lights off and windows covered. Only thing we wish the unit had was a washer and dryer but we made due. Would stay again but maybe with smaller group.

We appreciated the location in regards to beach access. The Beach was well kept - water beautiful. The back deck was nice! We also were in walking distance to the Village. The Free ride options from town area were great! Tip well. All accommodations were as stated in listing.

This is located right across the street from the north public beach entrance. So you avoid all the crowds. The owner has really done a nice job with the property. Typical VRBO locations tend to skimp on important stuff like kitchen amenities (this is the first of seven places that we've ever stayed that had more than two wine glasses), mattresses (easily the best VRBO experience), and blankets. This place did not. It had a nice grill and outdoor patio area, and there were beach chairs and a wagon and cooler to transport beach supplies. If I have a minor criticism, it's an odd layout. The first bedroom is two queen-sized beds, and the second is four big bunk beds. This would be an ideal place for a beachgoing family to stay, but not so terrific for two or more adult couples who wanted privacy at the beginning and end of every day. Also, be sure you know where you're going before you get on the island. This location doesn't have a discernible address or mailbox that tells you you're in the right place (the owner was incredible helpful in talking me in on a very rainy evening). In all, I don't think I've been happier with a location, and I'll definitely plan on staying here again.

It is always nice to go to the beach and be within walking distance of it. This was a busy time of year as the key and not having to navigate driving and parking was a huge plus. Super cute beach house.

This place is clean and there are plenty of beds for everyone, but the air doesn’t circulate well and there is a lock on the AC that prevents it from going below 72. With 11 people 8 of which share a small room, that is a lot of body heat circulating. Otherwise it was very Pleasent
