Old tv’s couldn’t stream properly, stains on the bed and furniture were quite disgusting,

It took over 2 hours and 3 different phone calls and we tried at least 10 different door codes to get in the Condo, to no avail… Finally they said they were going to send their “local person” to assist us, but, couldn’t give us an ETA…. So, we went across the street to get something to eat, they were going to call us when they got there or got it resolved…
When we got through eating we headed back, not knowing if we were going to be able to get in (or were going to have to find another room for the night/or the rest of our stay - for a family wedding)…
Got back, still had not heard from anyone, so I called them back @ 7pm (3 hours after our check-in time) and they said they had sent a locksmith and they were able to get in, gave us another code to try and it worked fine…
The rest of our stay was fine, although I have to say in the back of my mind, I was always wondering if we were going to come back to the room, late one night (now, with my 84 and 85 year old parents) and not be able to get back in, again…

the view we had was absolutely stunning
We were sold on the property having “streaming tv capabilities”, yet NOTHING worked. We are fully knowledgeable on how this works since we do this at home. I contacted the company to which he was NO HELP. Also, the toaster wasn’t working, but I quickly realized it was due to a GFI outlet tripped. I reset this and then the ice maker started leaking water in the floor. There was also a terrible odor from the sink. Needless to say, I would not stay in this unit again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The place was great! View was spectacular! Beach was close. Pool area very nice.
Never received a key fob. Couldn't get into fitness area, indoor pool, and couldn't get back into building from the outdoor pool area. We had to walk around the building and get in the front entrance. Spoke to Donna twice, problem wasn't resolved.

Great location on the beach with big balcony. The building is very upscale and view of ocean and inter-coastal water. Great kitchen and bathrooms.
Furniture is a little worn, beds are hard, the tv in the living room didn’t have cable working. I called to report it and nothing was done about it. (This is very annoying when big football games were on Saturday!)

The view was great. Elevators were fast.
The check-in process didn't go well. The entry codes (gates, building, elevator) were sent by email the day of arrival but my work email filters captured the emails and didn't release them until the next day. Texting the codes would have been much better. There needs to be two forms of receiving the codes. What if the email servers were down or hacked?

Everything was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We were there with our young children and it was stormy and rainy quite a bit so the rules about the use of the indoor pool and family time was a bit inconvenient for us. That is really the only complaint I have.

The views were spectacular! It was easy to get in and out of the facility. Beach access was excellent. We felt safe as well.
The facility needs new interior doorknobs that do not operate simultaneously. Our 3 year old son was locked in his room because we could not open the door from the outside. The window shade in the front bedroom had a cord, which posed as a strangulation hazard for children. The master bedroom bed furniture was very noisy with every toss and turn on the bed. The mattress was uneven as well. Some of the furnishings looked worn and needed some touch ups. The wireless internet did not work.

The bed in the master was squeaky and creaky. Some patio chairs seats are in need of repair. There was only one key fob and I took a picture and called the management office.

The resort amenities and location are great! The beach access is awesome.
The unit was dirty. There was nothing stocked that was supposed to be in the room. The wash machine was broken and we could not do any laundry the entire time we were there which is awful when you are on the beach every day. There was black mold above the showers and around every air vent in the unit. The grill was broken. There was no remote for one of the bedroom tv’s, and the overhead light did not work in that room either. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied with this unit and do not feel anything should have been wrong for the price we paid to stay here. Vacasa offered to move us to a totally different resort that was across the street from the beach, not on the beach as we paid for. We had six adults and two babies, moving at this point was not an option. Vacasa offered to refund one night stay and my cleaning fees.
