Great location, host (Erica) very responsive and helpful. Property layout, comfort and amenities spot on! Prepare to be "greeted" by an angry/yapping dog hidden behind the neighboring fence...minor annoyance. Would enjoy staying at this property again!!

Loved our stay at this beautiful home in NOTL, everything about the home was as advertised or better! Erica was great and very helpful with suggestions on dinners and other local attractions. 2 minute Walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Golf course and Lake Ontario down the block. Could not ask for a better location. Highly recommend!

Positive overall experience: A summertime lovely respite for for four 55+ female friends reuniting for a 4-night fun stay while watching the quaint horse drawn carriages pass by! We all agreed to a future possible return. Value: The price split 4-ways made this a sound alternative to a hotel or B&B rental. Location: Perfectly positioned in the Prideaux Street historic district and one block from the Golf Club on the lake with only one side neighbor and one off-street driveway vehicle accommodation. Amenities: ~Wi-Fi connection: When all four of us were online, the 2.4 GHz seemed over-loaded. Although the router displayed a high-speed 5 GHz as an option, it was not accessible with the provided password. ~Television: Bedroom TVs were not used. Main TV is Phillips with Roku which made casting a bit of a hurdle but eventually something connected and we were successful — YAY. ~Outdoors: Patio seating and umbrella dining table were appreciated alternatives. ~Kitchen: We did not cook or make coffee and used only the refrigerator, freezer, and electric tea kettle. The dishwasher was run on departure. The dishwashing liquid, food storage bags and trash bags were handy. ~Toiletries: Sufficient cleaning and paper-goods were at hand for the short stay. Shower mini-soaps and sink hand soap dispensers were appreciated. Check-in: ~Keyless entry easily accommodated four people to access as needed on-demand. ~ Motion detector spot light for night-time safety was welcome since only hidden back-door access is available. Cleanliness/Comfort: ~ Beds and bedding are comfortable. ~ Showers are hot. ~ Bathroom lighting is wonderful. ~ Whole house cooling provided perfect conditions. ~ Open, light, bright, and airy, yet privacy is assured. ~ Spacious for four people. ~ Lots of themed cat pillows, light switches, and cookbooks! ~ Owner-recommended dining options were helpful. Host interactions/Communications: Super-host Erica Lepp messaged and responded in a polite and helpful manner and welcomed off-line feedback for remedial improvements. Listing Info Accuracy: ~ Photos appear true-to-actual. ~ One-level living with stairs down to the laundry.

This was a an excellent property in a great area of the historic town. Lovely windows for watching the neighborhood and calliches go by. Completely modernized with tasteful decor and dream kitchen. Each bedroom had its own ensuite plus a powder room. Fantastic closets and great sized bedrooms. Great outdoor area as well. You could walk to the golf course , lake or queen street and great wineries close drive. A10

This was the nicest Vrbo I've stayed at. Everything was clean and the place had everything we could possibly need. Erica was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The location is also an easy walk into town. On our last night, we walked to dinner at Treadwell which I highly recommend!

The property was just as described check in was easy the door code was super easy(some systems are difficult). There were little extras that made the stay easier the kitchen pantry was stocked with extras (oils, spices, vinegars oh and cream in the fridge nice touch. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown. The internet decided to not cooperate the first day a quick call and it was fixed, the system was down but Erica sent someone over within 5 minutes and had it looked after. Thank you for a wonderful time

Excellent location!! Easy walk to all the sights of Old Town. Spacious, bright, impeccably clean. Exactly as advertised. This was our second stay, and we will be sure to return. Owners very responsive & immediately accommodate any request.

The property is new and nicely designed for visiting and eating home cooked meals and take out. One block from lake and one block from old town shopping restaurant district. We will visit again and stay a bit longer!

It was a beautiful well laid out home right in the heart of Niagara on the lake. We were able to cook our meals and enjoy a get away with another couple during COVID. I would highly recommend it.

La maison à été récemment rénovée avec un desing moderne très réussi. Elle est bien située à quelques pas de la rue principale et agréable à habiter par deux couples. ILa cuisine est parfaitement équipé. Il y a un espace extérieur aménagé pour y manger. Y habiter ajoute au plaisir de visiter cette belle ville qu’est Niagara on the Lake. Nous souhaitons y retourner.

The home is beautiful, clean and modern with a nice outdoor patios and bbq to have a drink or a meal. The location is second to none and we would definitely recommend to anyone.

We all very much enjoyed our stayed at this beautiful home. We all travel much and the beds were the most comfortable of any place we have stayed. We ate most meals at the house and the kitchen was well equipped. Close to the main downtown of Niagara-on-The-Lake and the Lake. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, stylish decor, modern amenities, with lovely outdoor living space. Nicest rental yet in NOTL (we have visited annually for 16 years), better than advertised and spotlessly clean. Missed the theatre this year, but having such a gorgeous and peaceful home base made up for it!!
