This is a well cared for and cozy private setting. Everything you need and more. The owner is very helpful and communicative, and obviously takes great effort to make everything as welcoming as possible. We will definitely be back, as we don't really want to leave. Thank you Jill !.

This cabin is very cozy and very clean. The space is small, but enough for three people. The loft is very cute, and gives extra privacy for your teenager. The kitchen has all amenities and there were tea, coffee and, condiments provided. The bathroom is small, but not too small. We really loved to hang out in the hot tub on the deck, which is very private. The responsiveness from the owner is awesome.Thanks for letting us stay in your place!

This is a very well kept cabin. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you require to be able to cook all your meals, and is very clean and well maintained. It was great to have the hosts available on the same property. They were very helpful and generous, making our stay memorable! Will certainly stay at 60 Steps again.

Quiet, private location. Great access to beach. Hot tub was nice, great BBQ and bike racks. Kitchen was very well equipped with all utensils and cookware for meal preparation. The weather was excellent and we were able to use the outside patio tables. Will definitely come back.

Had another wonderful stay at Jill's "60 Steps". The property is perfect and had everything we needed to enjoy 4 full days. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked with necessities. The outdoor space was great including dining table, BBQ, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Looking forward to booking again next year!

The cottage was excellent, very clean and well-organized. The second floor ceiling is a bit low for a 6'3" guy, but it is well marked with warning flags, and my shorter companion was kind and occupied that room. Hence no bruises. The cottage is only a very short distance from the beach and we lucked out on our second day with a big February storm (very big) and a great walk near the wild surf.; it was spectacular. The next day had clear skies and pristinely calm water; a great contrast. We certainly hope to return for another stay to this very hospitable stay.

Loved this vacation spot! Perfect location and we had all the comforts we could want while away from home.

My husband and I had such a relaxing time staying at 60 Steps. We loved the privacy. We came for the ocean so this getaway did not disappoint. The walk to the beach is very short, hence 60 Steps! There is another row of houses directly on the beach but the public walk through is basically the road. We could here the ocean when sitting on the deck. The stairs to the loft are steep so anyone with disability issues/elderly/very young children would have to sleep in the main floor bedroom. The loft is very large and roomy. Next trip to Tofino we will definitely be booking early and staying here.

60 Steps has everything one could possibly want and need for a perfect getaway in Tofino. The quality linens and towels, kitchenwares, and little extras makes for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The cabin is super cozy and the yard is your own private oasis, making it easy to unwind. Everything was top notch and Jill is the most gracious host. My time there was truly magical and I look forward to returning many more times in the future. Thank you, Jill for your kindness this amazing place!

Perfect set up for surfing. Excellent outdoor space. They have a drying rack for wet suits, heated outdoor shower, clean hot tub, bike rack. Outdoor 10/10. The indoor space leaves a lot to be desired and is very basic cabin. But with the excellent location and outdoor amenities you can ignore the indoor space and spend your time at the beach. Not good for a family.

Myself and my two adult daughters had a very comfortable stay in 60 steps. So close to beautiful Chesterman beach. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor space was quite private and peaceful . Only the sounds of the ocean and birds. There was a large barbeque and lots of eating and lounging space on the deck. Would definitely recommend.

Jill has really thought about the needs of her guests-there was coffee and cooking items such as oil and spices which was really helpful. The cabin was well stocked with nice towels and linens. The beds were really comfortable. Although it rained a lot while we were in Tofino, the outdoor areas were private and comfortable. The hot tub was awesome and we used it a lot. The proximity to Chesterman beach was fantastic-the beach is absolutely amazing-fun was watch surfers and beach comb. It goes on for miles. An excellent stay and I would stay there again.

We had a great stay at 60 Steps. The house was well equipped, clean and organized for our visit. It felt like we were the first guests to stay there. There was a great selection of TV channels, with lots of sports channels, too. The location of the property was ideal with Chesterman Beach only 60 steps away. The deck area was set-up well for hanging out, or enjoying a meal. There was lawn chairs we could have used on the beach. It was very quiet at night and not far to get to town. We enjoyed the hot tub, even in the rain. We didn’t use the BBQ this trip, but it looked perfect with a cover from the rain. Jill, the property manager was great! We communicated several times and she made sure we were aware of the highway 4 construction delays, so it didn’t hinder our trip. I would definitely recommend this getaway location.

Had an amazing stay at "60 Steps" which is no exaggeration of the distance to the beach entrance (I counted!). Great little unit with everything you need for a quiet but fun stay in Tofino. Jill was very attentive to all details. Kitchen contains everything you'll need for cooking. Outdoor space includes BBQ, shower, dining, and hot tub and is all very private.

We would highly recommend this cottage. It is located just steps from Chesterman Beach. Beautiful cosy cottage! Jill was a lovely host!
