Palm Bay Club est situé au centre de Siesta Key et à proximité de Siesta Key Village où vous découvrirez de nombreux restaurants incroyables. Tout, des hamburgers et des bières à la gastronomie, y compris le surf et le gazon, les huîtres sur la demi-coquille, le poisson préparé exotiquement ou le canard rôti. Gardez de la place après le dîner afin de pouvoir déguster des glaces maison incroyables dans l'une de nos boutiques de glaces fines tout en faisant du lèche-vitrine dans le village. Ce condo en bord de mer au 7e étage a été rénové et est prêt à partir ... 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec nouveau plancher, nouvelle cuisine, nouveaux meubles, 3 téléviseurs, nouvelle literie et plus encore.
La cuisine est magnifiquement mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en quartz solide. Le tout garni de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des repas maison. La cuisine est complètement ouverte pour ne rien manquer. Il y a une grande table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 adultes et des sièges de bar pour 2. Hors de la salle à manger / cuisine est un espace bar avec un nouveau comptoir de réfrigérateur à vin et des tiroirs à fermeture douce.
La chambre principale du roi a une vue imprenable sur la plage de Siesta Key, une télévision à écran plat, un fauteuil inclinable en cuir avec pouf, des tonnes d'espace de rangement et une salle de bains connectée avec combo douche / baignoire et porte coulissante. La deuxième chambre avec 2 lits Queen offre également de superbes vues folles sur la plage et l'océan, une chaise rembourrée pour se détendre et regarder l'océan ... une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains connectée avec une étape pour prendre une douche.
Le salon est décoré dans des tons bleus océan avec des vues panoramiques sur la plage de Siesta Key et Siesta Key elle-même. Le grand canapé d'angle est très confortable et vous permet de profiter de la plage dans un climatiseur confortable. Profitez d'une soirée cinéma en famille ... l'écran plat mural est immense! My driend left him to get chair and he couldn't stand .he stert walking abd fell down and end up in ER with fracture and cast with lots of pain ruined our last week stay

We had a wonderful stay! Start to finish. It was easy to check in, find our room, park and out unit was exactly as described. The view was awesome and beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was just a couple of feet and everyone was so friendly. We are definitely coming back!

Check in was a joke, so unorganized. Unit was not cleaned well. Dirty pots in kitchen, literally dried sauce and food on them. Some bugs found, including in kitchen drawers. Air conditioning was terrible in the bedroom near the living room/kitchen area. Like the heat was on! Windows cheap, severe wind whistling and rattling keeps you up at night.

Had a great time at the facility. Close to village and on the beach. Great communication with property team. Only improve my was locating the key to get in as it was not at the facility. We had to pick it up in a little office area/ strip mall key box which wasn’t anywhere near the property. All in all we loved it!

We love the view from the apartment. We love the lighted tennis/pickleball courts at night. The beach was fantastic, and the apartment was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The access to the beach was so easy and close. It was nice having a pool on both sides of the property so you could have a bay view as well. Both elevators were working so we were happy about that. Keeping the temperature at 74 degrees was a little warm but we used fans that were provided. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed this property. Everything went smoothly and the trip was lovely. The unit has everything you might need. The beach is right outside your door and just seeing the lovely beach and gulf waters from the windows just raises your spirits. This is a great complex with tennis, beach chairs, etc. Easy access to the village and restaurants and we felt so safe in the secure building and complex. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. I did have a few issues though. First and foremost there is only ONE working elevator. This is a huge issue when condos are full. Being on an upper floor (10 floors) there are times you have too many items to carry up the steps. The walls are also really thin. You hear everyone upstairs, downstairs, and beside you. Other than that the location and convenience are great! 24 hr security and they are extremely helpful! Beautiful property and well maintained. Very clean!

The unit is perfectly decorated and very comfortable. The master bath had plumbing issue the whole time, the plumber could not clear so w the whole family had to share shower in the 2nd bathroom. The master bed mattress is unevenly wore and one of the two elevators were not working the whole week and the 2nd elevator didn’t work for a day so we had to walk up 7 flights with grocery bags. Other wise parking and walk to beach was perfect.

The unit was very nice and well furnished. The main bathroom tub did not drain. Maintenance was notified but the issue was not corrected before we checked out. More trash bags should be placed. The welcome email did not mention check in procedures or that a parking pass was required.
Having one working elevator was problematic. I wish I would’ve been told that one elevator was not working.

The pictures were accurate. The owners did a nice job with the renovations. The beach is beautiful. Location is perfect. Agree with the review from April regarding the silverware (both dishes and silverware were put back dirty) and silverware needs to be replaced as it is missing pieces (I think there were 5 knives). The unit does get a little warm at the preferred setting (I'd say mildly uncomfortable, not a deal breaker). The elevator work is still going on, a worker stated it is has been a 3 year project. We had to take the steps maybe 3 times, luckily it wasn't during check in or check out (this is unit is on the 7th floor). Also, beach towels could be replaced. The property staff are very friendly. They could do a better job managing the "private beach". You are required to wear a wristband, but there is no enforcement. Each day there were walk on's coming on to the private area. And, there were issues on a daily basis with other guests, as well as non guests trying to take over the rented umbrella spaces. There are tags placed on the reserved/rented items. Maybe larger signage and the beach crew could help by making people aware when placing the free loungers. It certainly didn't help that chairs would be delivered right on top of the rented umbrellas.

Overall the property was fine. Only one of 2 elevators works, kind of a problem at high season. The condo is exactly what it appears online. Love the colors, the art work is all very nice, the view is perfect. The bathrooms are tight but nicely and recently updated. The beach is large, nice beach chairs are provided and place on beach for you upon asking… very nice touch. Now…the condo itself could definitely use ceiling fans since they request you not turn AC lower than 72. The vertical blinds in the bedrooms have slats missing and should be replaced. The furniture on the porch is warped , it doesn’t sit without wiggling, table included. There is no broom to sweep daily crumbs. The silverware was not clean when put away. Could use more silverware, particularly forks…dinner forks would be nice. The ice maker didn’t work and leaked water into the lunch meat drawer. It should be looked at. The coffee maker died and was replaced immediately..so appreciated. By no fault of anyone but Mother Nature, red tide set in . It’s a game changer…we will always think of Siesta Key as Dead Fish Beach. It was awful..to breathe, to see! While walking the beach you had to constantly look down as to not step on a dead fish. We will not entertain Siesta Key again because of this.

This property had a great view and location and the desk staff at Palm Bay were very nice. The elevator was under maintenance and we had to go through the boiler room to enter and exit. I was very disappointed in the following: no washer and dryer in the unit, there was one dish cloth, no can opener and the cupboards were very messy, the pillows were dirty and old. The unit could have been cleaner (very dusty around the baseboards and bed). It could use a deep cleaning. For the price that we paid for three weeks, I just didnt think it was worth it.

The beach, location, property, and condo were amazing! My biggest complaint would be that you can’t set the temperature below 74 degrees. It’s too hot for me like that. I couldn’t sleep, but otherwise it was a great place. We loved it.

This property is absolutely perfect! It’s a wonderful space and the location is perfect, it is literally steps to the beach! It had everything we needed. We had some problems with the air conditioning but the owner was quick to respond which was greatly appreciated! Wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend it!

This was not our first trip to this property, but it was our first experience with this unit and property management group. I’m so sad to enter a poor review. For 15 years we have had wonderful experiences.
I understand that emergencies and events out of the control of the management company will happen. However, when a customer experiences such events, I would assume an effort to compensate for inconvenience. This isn’t a budget rental after all.
However, I’ll share my experience and future visitors can decide if this is satisfactory.
On our 2nd day, we were notified by phone at 6:30 am that the plumbing was out and no one in our building could use any water, shower, sink, or even flush a toilet. There was no timeframe for resolution. With a family of 4 small children this meant we had to get out of the unit completely and get to a place where we could use a bathroom and access running water. We were allowed to return at 1:30pm when the issue was fixed. When I let property management know what a big deal this was for our group, and even ask for some recompense they completely ignored the request and responded by email only that they hadn’t realized there had been an issue but they did call the Palm Bay manager and confirm things “were down for a few hours”. Yes, we can pick up and make the best of it….but we are paying to have an experience. I for one had hoped to cook breakfast with my children and sleep in a bit!!
On day 5 I called the emergency line at 9pm to let them know our air conditioning had gone out. They said they would call someone in the morning. The plumber wasn’t able to come until 3:30 the following day. By 6am, it was 80 degrees. Needless to say the unit was uninhabitable until 5pm. I asked for a different unit to use for the day, and was granted one…..I was so relieved and ready to forgive all…. Until I found out not only was it a three story walk up , it was over a mile away. Again, no check-In to see if we were okay. No apology for the second time we had to be leave our unit.
So, for me, this is a poor experience. Vacation on the beach is supposed to be carefree. When unforeseen things happen, I expect the management company to recognize the situation and try to make things better. A refund of a day, offer up beach chairs and complimentary umbrellas while we are stuck outside? Apparently that is not the business model for this company so beware of iTrip properties if you have similar expectations.

Just fabulous!
I visited this property with 4 of my best friends. We had a fabulous time. We especially appreciated Jonathan who helped us set up our chairs each day. Only two complaints, 1) the call box didn’t work at all for check in. After such explicit check in instructions, you would think that tidbit would have been mentioned. 2) one of the elevators was broken. A fellow guest who travels to Palm Bay frequently informed us it had been broken since April. Sort of frustrating but overall a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful place! Great access to the beach!!! It was very clean and VERY comfortable in the living areas. The beds were not the greatest. For the price I guess I expected something better. It has everything you need for your stay. It was quiet, wonderful people everywhere on the property, and the private beach was unbelievable!!! We definitely recommend this property! Just make sure you get there before 5:00 when the office closes. We had a heck of a time getting in. Thank God for the super nice security guard. For a moment I truly thought we had been scammed. All of the steps they walked us through to get in weren't working. If he wasn't there I'm not sure if we would have gotten in. Only one note to the owner of the property. You should put in a full length mirror somewhere. Other than that, love Siesta Key, Sarasota, and ALL of the other cities we visited. It's an adventure we'll never forget. ❤

Exquisite Beachfront Property
We loved the property. We loved having views from all rooms, immediate access to Siesta Beach and it’s’ sugar white fine sand and the turquoise blue Gulf of Mexico water. It’s completely magical. Swims in the gulf and the warm Florida sun were spectacular. We loved the area, fantastic restaurants, available grocery stores, sites to see. We especially enjoyed Mote aquarium, liquid blue kayaking through the mangrove tunnels and Crystal River swimming with Manatees. Our favorite restaurants included Owens Fish Camp, Spearfidh grille (get the corn on cob), Phillipi Oyster Bar, and Summer Home steak and their carrot cake?’ Wow !!

Beach Vibe
Condo is VERY cute with such a beach 🏖 vibe! Exactly like the description. Great 👍 location and amazing views in this condo! Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and clean linens/towels provided. An extra bonus for having two beach chairs & umbrella for beach so didn’t have to bring ours along. Also, steps from the beach!! Such a beautiful area near all the restaurants.

Awesome
We recently stayed here with another couple. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach! The room was very clean and perfect for us. We really appreciated the public transportation and would not rent a vehicle next time as it really is not needed! The owners made everything very easy and I would highly recommend renting here to anyone!
