Newer facility. Clean rooms. Free parking and wifi. Pool and fitness center decent.

There was no complimentary continental breakfast. But the fruit and coffee was free which was better than nothing.

We liked the bartender who helped us check in when we were standing in line and the one front desk staff member was busy. He suggested Green Lake for us to go SUP the next day, which was great, less crowded than Lake Union would’ve been. Wifi was good. Shower stall was large, loved the high quality toiletries. Night light in the bathroom was brilliant, so as not to wake you up with bright white light. Overall, clean, modern. Hot tub and pool were good. Gym looked fully stocked with equipment although we never used it.

Being so close to I5 meant it was noisy, even though the window doesn’t open.

Very modern, clean and very friendly staff, hotel was very beautiful and great location. Hotel also has the option to have breakfast or dinner (extra cost) in the hotel.

The room was super clean the staff excellent excellent excellent excellent established and I have stayed there many times and they know me by my name makes me feel like I'm at home

There was nothing I did not like

Location was good and outside of the busiest weekend in seattle. Easy access to i-5. The room was nice and comfortable. Given that I was on the highway side, the noise was a little noticeable but if you turn the AC fan on, it mostly drowns it out.

Didn't appreciate paying $50 for a 40 min early check in. I really thought the guy said $25 so I was a little surprised to see a full charge of $50. It was also frustrating that it was 40ish mins early and had I not had to get ready for a concert, I would have just had to sit there and awkwardly stare at them for 40 mins to save $50. I appreciate that my booking came with a $25 food credit but the folks at the breakfast bar cleared my space (tables were maybe 30% full) when I went to get a piece of toast and wouldn't replace the orange juice I wasn't done with. Ended that stay on a really frustrating note.

Pool an sauna is unsanitary and hazardous. Rusted everything and rust leaking into the pool and hot tub. Visible filth, dirt and alge. I had an allergic reaction and had to use my eppi pen. I'm still in the process of trying to get a refund. The only reason I picked this location was to swing and sit in the hot tub. So disappointed. I need to a refund.. then the fridge was broken in my first room so packing everything up again to move bc we got out own food. T then the fridge in the second room didn't get cold enough and my food rotted. Just horrible!

the hot tub was broken. that was one of the main reasons we booked there. the floors are very sensitive and can hear every footstep above you like an old house.

The sausage was dry and old. I ate at 6;30 am so should have been fresh.

People are friendly. Food is very good. The Bartender is kind and friendly. It seems that many customers enjoy talking with him.
