Ziv's place is located in a beautiful street in a great part of Lefkada, just steps away from the main road and the main square. He was there to check us in and give us some tips. The room was generously sized and well equipped, with a sizable balcony and good AC (very important during the summer days!). There was a coffee machine, flatware, fridge, hot plate, toaster, TV, couch and lot of surfaces and storage. Generous amount of towels were provided, along with an extra blanket. Wifi was good too. Would definitely stay here again!
Just like many old buildings, the sound proofing is not perfect. However the street itself is generally quiet and i think guests just need to be courteous with each other when occupying higher floors. Didn't really bother us during our stay!

Amazing property. Had everything you needed plus complimentary wine, water, coffee and chocolate. Very central and yet quiet. Alex is a brilliant host and so helpful and accommodating. Loved our stay and will return.

the second floor and outside
- The sofa bed very uncomfortable
-it has no curtains and the opposite house is 3m away
- they have smart tv but not TV antenna

Amazing place, beautifully decorated, cozy, clean, right in the middle of the pedestrian streets of Lefkada. Great Wifi, lovely balcony to drink your morning coffee. Highly recommended

This is my second stay at Ziv&Tonic and i simply loved it. It is situated in the centre of the city and the passage that takes you to the city square is magnificent. The property is really well arranged and equipped with everything you need even sun umbrellas for the beach. Alex, Alex is the host and he is one of the best hosts that i ever met :), very helpful and very polite.

Location in centre. No loud noises. Umbrellas to borrow. Private kitchen to have breakfast. Big bathroom with modern shower which is unique in Greece
Heard a bit of the neighbors children. Parking on the island is very hard which is not per se a problem of the hotel. We parked a bit further.

In the centre of Lefkada and yet in a quiet narrow street close to the birth place of Lafcadio Hearn(Koizumi Yakumo). Additionally, very close to everything related to entertainment, food, museum, tourist shops. Last but not least, pretty close to the bus stop that drives you to the beaches and places around Lefkada. (Travelled without car)
PS: The appartment in the ground floor, even if it didn't have a balcony, the decoration and the lighting made my accommodation aesthetically pleasing.
