The location, it was close to Tepito and was a lot of homeless around BUT is only 1 metro stop from Bellas Artes so you will be pretty close to the zócalo

Breakfast was horrible, not too many options and they serve you almost nothing. We asked for eggs because we changed our mind regarding not having them and the lady serving the food looked at us with a very bad face. In the 12 days that we stayed there we have to go down to the reception at least 4 times because the key didn’t let us in the room. We stayed in the 3rd floor and it was horrible, very loud, other guess didn’t respect other people’s rest, we caught people hanging outside our door talking very loud and when they saw us they went straight to their rooms. The WiFi not always worked and I called the receptionist to see if I was doing something wrong because we didn’t have internet on our phones or computer he said he’ll call me back, I’m still waiting for the phone call.

Al llegar habia un calcetin sucio en la cama por debajo de la colcha, ademas de cabellos en la almohada, se notaba que no habian cambiado las sábanas, una señorita de la recepción fué muy amable y nos cambió de habitación pero el resto del personal no lo fué, un señor incluso se negó a darme un rollo de papel (pedí que no se hiciera limpieza a mi cuarto porque no me generaba confianza después de lo del calcetín) y solo después de insistirle accedió a darmelo, cuando ahi los tenía consigo.

Su diseño es muy bueno y todo es nuevo en el hotel tiene muchos lugares dentro para unas buenas fotos

Para llegar en coche es complicadisimo si no te la sabes, sdi varias vueltas y está pegado al mercado de La Lagunilla, el Google Maps me mandaba por calles que estaba cerradas por el mercado y la vuelta que tuve que dar fue hasta el centro, para llegar pase como 3 veces hasta que entendí lo que tenía que hacer por una callesita y lograr entrar al estacionamiento, complejo y aún más porque esa calle tenía coches en contra, no sabía si estaba entrando bien o no y en México con los polis listos para morder uno ya no sabe si hacerlo o no.

Great modern hotel, good breakfast, easy Uber to airport ($109. peso and 15 minutes). or metro station near by .Perfect location , 2 block walk to Garabaldi Plaza with many bars, lots of food options,, oxxo, and Mariachis. Large quiet, clean room with very comfortable beds, and best blackout curtains ever. 24 hour check in and security, great staff

Personnes très agréables et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Hôtel moderne et très propre comme les chambres, qui sont en plus très spacieuses. Petit-déjeuner « typique » de qualité. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les points d’intérêts de Mexico City à pied comme la place centrale ou les marchés.

La atención del personal de recepción del turno vespertino y la habitación q en vdd fue confortable, amplia y muy limpia.

Si bien queda a un paso de Garibaldi, los mariachis etc, la zona en si se siente insegura para regresar ya tarde o de madrugada al hotel.

This was my third stay in this hotel in one month - twice with my spouse and the last one with my child. Great price, convenient location (close to metro and bus stations, 15-20 walks to the central historical area). My rate included breakfasts for two people. My room was quiet, spacious, and very clean.

It would be nice to change their breakfast items daily - got bored by eating almost the same thing every morning.

Everything was great! Big, comfy rooms with all the amenities. Very clean. Basic but nice breakfast. Complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. Good WiFi. Located near subway station and walking distance from historic city centre. There was no air-conditioning but there was a very strong fan that was more that enough!

Low water pressure in the shower. Location was perfectly safe during the day and until early night, but probably wouldn't feel safe walking there alone late at night. Kinda noisy if your room faces the main road.

My husband and I have already spent two nights at this hotel, and we have extended our stay for an additional two nights. Although the hotel's location is not ideal, as it is not very close to the historical district, it is still easily accessible through public transportation, such as buses and the metro. If walking isn't your preference, the metro is a convenient option. When we initially booked our stay for two nights, we were attracted by the very reasonable room rates, despite the hotel's location not being in the central historical area. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade to a spacious room with two queen beds, as well as complimentary breakfast. We were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and the quality of our accommodations. The breakfast was good, although the options were the same every day. After spending two nights at the hotel, we realized that traveling to the historical district and other locations wasn't too far, so we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. The hotel's WiFi was also fast, which was essential as we still had work to do during our stay.

The mattress was too firm for me.

Not ideal location but good value for money. It's a few minutes walk to a metro station. There is a bus stop nearby too. Our room rate included two breakfasts. We stayed two nights and then extended another two nights, for a total of 4 nights there. The room rate at our time of booking was great. The breakfast was almost the same everyday. It's of good quality but I wish the hotel could have some different items everyday or at least every two days. The staff were very polite. Our room and the hotel overall was clean and well kept. Daily house keeping was included but we asked to opt out of the service. Reuse, Reduce, Recycle even when we're traveling.

I wish there were more breakfast items to choose from daily.

A very nice value for money. Location is close to the center (15 mins walk), though the district is not the best looking. The rooms are spacious, clean, and new. There was a desk in the room that was essential for me as I was working remotely during our trip. And the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

We had a room that was facing the street, but it was too loud, and I had troubles sleeping. Luckily, the staff was able to change a room for us. Another problem in both of the rooms I noticed – it was too cold at night, and there was no air conditioner or heater. We also didn't like the breakfast, it was exactly the same each day and pretty poor, and there were huge waiting lines for it and for the coffee.
