Home was nice and clean. Plenty of room and furnishings were attractive. Walk to beach was easy.

The selection of cookware could have been better. Also, this home is in an HOA and there are a lot of rules. I was told the HOA President lives on the street. We received texts and phone calls about the way our cars were parked but yet the house across the street shot off fireworks from the front yard all night long.

Great place, very clean, elevator was great as the Mother in law needed it. Short walk to the beach.

Would have liked a gas grill or charcoal grill to use.
