The location, the hostess, the house itself was perfect and the pool area was a nice bonus

The pool was a bit small but due to the weather it didn't matter anyway.

Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, far enough away from things to not be crowded but close enough to still get everywhere. The place was very clean and well taken care of and you can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into it.

It's a lot closer to the owners housing than it appeared in the pictures, but regardless it still felt very private and comfortable.

I loved the homey feel. Having a full stove, refrigerator, microwave and space to cook was awesome! The place was very clean and spacious. The pool was nice but unfortunately it wasnt quite warm enough to swim in yet. Plenty of room for parking and room for a boat if necessary. Also there was plenty of kitchen ware to cook with.

There wasn't much I didn't like about the place except I could figure out how to get the tv to work. Also there was a fire pit on property which i would have loved to use but it wasnt clear if i was allowed so I didn't use it.

Location, Location, Location!!!!! This is right in the heart of scalloping locations. Just a quick walk to boat ramp and the Florida Cracker Monkey Bar. Beautiful property and extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The attached mother-in-law suite is bigger than expected. Large shower with really hot water and great water pressure. Super clean pool with sun deck. (bring your own pool floats). Everything is handicap accessible. Strong wifi signal that was needed because we had to watch movies on our iPad at night as there is only a tv in the living room and the teens were watching that.

The sleeping situation was awful!!!! Two beds, one was a full in the walk in closet the other was a king in the bedroom. The king bed needs to be replaced. The sides of the mattress have given out so you roll out of the bed. They have a memory foam topper on in an attempt to hide the springs poking up. I was not able to sleep in the bed with my husband but in the bed in the closet. My husband tried to sleep in the middle of the king bed in an attempt to get some sleep but it was so bad he rolled to either side because of the lump in the middle. If you plan on having a decent night sleep this is not the place. They showed a tv in the bedroom in the pictures but there is only one in the living room. They have strict rules for kids in the pool. I understand its a safety thing to have children supervised but they include teenagers in this as well. My teen boys had to have an adult in the pool with them if they wanted to swim so do expect to supervise your teens at all times.

Loved the location--walk to everything Homosassa right in the center of the coolest little fishing town. Well equipped kitchen. Really nice bathroom and shower with great water pressure. The pool was clean and so refreshing---best thing about the place. Lovely deck to sit out and enjoy the breezes off the ocean. Jan, our host, was just awesome and made us feel right at home.

This is a one bedroom attached, cozy apartment to the main house. The bed in the closet was a little tight and warm in there, although the bed was very comfortable. Is best for a couple or 3 people who know each other well.
