The use of full kitchen facilities was great and a dining table was welcome. There was cupboard space in the kitchen designated for each room and adequate fridge/freezer space. My room and ensuite bathroom were relatively spacious with plenty of cupboard and hanging space with hangers.
The bed was lumpy and creaked with every slight move. My room was off the lounge area which wasn't ideal, everyone coming and going from the the property had to pass my door. Fortunately the other guests did not make extensive use of the lounge so noise was minimal.

Quiet urban area. Large living space. Kitchen facilities were good. Access was easy.
Lack of inside door handle to room. Living room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

i a nice quiet location - with good facilities and nice well kept garden to relax in.
The bed was too firm for me, not a very good quality mattress to my mind.

The rooms are super comfortable, the whole house is beautifully decorated and luminous, and we've spent a nice time having tea in the garden table. The host was attentive and nice.
The lock system of the rooms is very effective but a bit noisy. The rooms could have been more spacious.

Looked clean when I arrived at night but realised in the morning after a really uncomfortable night on an old badly sprung mattress that pillows had been hiding an awfully old stained headboard. I stayed in the ‘london’ room.
As soon as I booked I got a WhatsApp asking me to send a copy of my photo ID.
I regretted sending it and seeing the bed in the state it was really questioned the whole transaction. Don’t send a copy of ID it contravenes GDP.

I liked the condition of the accommodation. It was clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. I had difficulty in opening the London bedroom door but was assisted by Mr through a WhatsApp video call. He was very helpful. I did not use many facilities but was happy with the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the bathroom.
Nothing in particular but it was a cold because I couldn’t operate the heating system.

Shared bathroom but I've stayed for 4 nights and had no trouble with showering etc, definitely not overcrowded!
Kitchen with all appliances
Small mould on the wall but I believe it's due to condensation and previous guests not opening the window!

The room had poor noise insulation and I could hear another guest's TV at 2am.
