Everything! It was a cabin surrounded by forest with parking at the entrance..The owner was in contact with us before arriving with great notification of what was in the cabin ,(like a drip coffee machine and filters- bring own preferred coffee.) There was also communication and though we did not see her her presence was felt if there were any problems [which there were not!l The cabin had a barbeque and a fire pit outside a front patio with chairs and a warm homely feeling inside. There with a great room, a bedroom and a bathroom downstairs, and upstairs in the loft were two double beds. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, all needed utensils general food like sugar, spices etc. The cabin had a heating system which kept it warm and was easy to function. The great room had a good size dining table, a couch and two comfortable chairs with throw blankets. There was a cozy warm atmosphere with many special items which gave this feeling. There were even gamed. All this and only 15 minutes from Denali N.P. The grocery store (which had everything in it) was 2 minutes away. We could have stayed there longer! Highly recommended.

The cabin was way too dry. Everyone in the group ended up getting sinus issues.

The description of living room had a couch and love seat. Only had love seat. 4 adults stayed. Made due . Too tired at night, went to bed anyway. Didn't need extra seating.

Red Fox cabin and Yvonne exceeded all expectations for our stay in Denali/Healy. The cabin was perfect for our family of 3...our daughter loved the loft room. The cabin is spacious and clean. Has all the amenities we needed. It is very conveniently located but also secluded. Cabin had bug spray (which is needed) bear spray (which was comforting) and had coffee, teas spices, dry goods and games that helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Yvonne was great and responsive. There is no TV which is perfect for the denali area. Wifi and cell signal was strong. Location is only 10ish miles from Denali Natl Park, and in walking distance to 49th State Brewery (a great food/entertainment venue). We also took a flight tour with a glacier landing on Denali through Fly Denali which is less than 5 mins from Denali Wild Stay Red Fox. Also recommend breakfast at Rosie's Cafe just a mile or so north. Excellent stay.

Nothing stands out, but perhaps a box fan or 2 would help on hot summer days for some forced air flow and white noise. Just so happens we were there during a warm spell, but cabin stayed cool and ventilated since it is shaded, so wasn't a big issue at all. Lastly, if there is any way to add a shade over the circular window, that might be helpful for the loft sleepers. Our daughter had a sleep mask, so not a big deal for us, but may help other guests sleep better during the summer months.
