The room was comfortable, well equipped, and very clean. We had a balcony on the 5th floor, and just one more floor up was the rooftop terrace with a good view of the surroundings. Extremely convenient public transportation directly outside with Altona station. Late night check-in was not a problem.

The elevator was out of order which meant 5 floors of stairs to climb, but that's just unfortunate timing and it didn't really take anything away from a wonderful stay.

Klein, aber alles da was man braucht. Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt.

Perfect location for access to the S Bahn, shops and restaurants and the river. All the fixtures and fittings are very well designed and spotlessly clean. Reception staff are very helpful.

The Basic room isn’t really big enough for a couple staying more than 1 night. The double bed can only be accessed from one side and the ceiling in the sleeping area is very low, meaning lots of clambering over each other. We found it claustrophobic. If you can afford a larger room it’s probably great.

The kitchen in the entrance area was comfortable and offered enough space. The shower area is generously equipped in relation to the entire room. There was a rain shower and a hand shower. Hot water was available almost immediately. All in all, the room was well equipped for self-catering

There was only one chair in the room. That didn't bother me.

Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof HH-Altona Ich hatte ein Appartement über zwei Ebenen - da muss man wirklich aufpassen, weil die Stufen hoch und versetzt sind, was bei mir gleich zu einem kleinen Sturz führte. Diese Appartments sind für ältere Gäste daher weniger geeignet. An der Rezeption sagte man mir auf Nachfrage, es gibt nur Zimmer auf zwei Ebenen. Das stimmt jedoch nicht und in Kürze teste ich mal ein Zimmer auf einer Ebene gelegen. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen und fühlte mich wohl. Sehr sauber, gut eingerichtete kleine Küche und ein kleiner Wohn-Sitzbereich mit TV.

Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die Raumaufteilung und praktikable, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Ausstattung der Küche und die Größe der Wohnung.

Ich hatte Verbindung zum Internet, hatte jedoch die meiste Zeit keinen Empfang.

Room was very clean and well furnished with a lot of hidden storage and the staff were wonderful. Good location close to train station and can walk to the waterfront. Tons of restaurants and cafes very close.

Alternating steps leading up to the loft for the bed are a little awkward, especially if you get up in the middle of the night. Not for folks that don't handle up and down stairs well.
