Alot of room, quiet. Having the water n beach close to house.

Nothing it was all nice

It was very clean and the location to a public beach was perfect!

proximity to beach and waterfront view was gorgeous. Beds were very comfortable too. Very few rules to follow and check in and check out was a breeze.

shared walls and outdoor amenities with strangers. $600-700 in fees seemed excessive through management company and higher than most. that’s the only thing that would keep us from booking again. maybe option to bring linens at lower fees could help.

Should let people know to bring their own kitchen cleaning supplies (sponge, dish soap etc)

Very clean and comfortable. The home was stocked better than any other place I have stayed. I will stay here again.

This townhouse was beautiful !!! Just bring yourself & food. Stocked with everything you might need. I brought my own TP & Paper Towels, turns out, the home had plenty. Zero complaints. WiFi code on side of fridge. TV was exceptional, just like being at home but with a dock, where I casted out & a fire pit that was awesome & no bugs. Can fit 2 cars in carport comfortably & 4 if you really want to squeeze them in. Home was beautifully decorated too. Can’t say enough, staff (Brenda) was just an email away & Maria, housekeeping was available as well. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one. Will be coming back. Didn’t leave the property except to go shopping for souvenirs on the way home at Flip Flops & met Carol.

Everything was perfect !!

This house is in the perfect location. The sound side offers privacy and ambiance. To get to the ocean side, it’s just a quick walk across the street. The fire pit and private dock added something extra. More places to spend time soaking in the views. The house is super clean and has everything you need. We won’t rent anywhere else next trip.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Location is great, a lot of space for two couples

The water pressure in one of the showers is low, dishwashing machine while working is not installed well, the toilet in the hallway bathroom is in working condition, but needs to be better attached to the floors. Outside electrical outlets need to be checked. All of these was noted, but did not interfere with our vacation.
