Great home, great facilities!

The home is very clean, easy to access, and the hosts are very responsive and thoughtful. Great stay and will stay again for sure the next time we are in the area!

This was the perfect location for our family get together. We had children of all ages. The pool, clubhouse and fishing pond, gave us things to do in the evening without having to get in the car. The location to the parks, restaurants, stores was easy and close. The house and clean and perfect bed and bathroom set-up. The host was easy to communicate with quick responses. They are 5 star. We would definitely book again.

House is perfect. Excellent location. Very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and pans. Beds very comfy. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is furnished. Kayaks, booster seat, pack n play, lawn chairs. We were the only ones in the two heated pools and two heated hot tubs most mornings and evenings. Host was very responsive when we had a question about the heat. We will be booking this again next year!! You will not be disappointed

We had a few families share this place and enjoyed our time immensely. Close to St. George and Zion NP. Pool was close and a lot of fun. We were able to go out and see a lot of sights and come back and chill. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

We booked this property to attend my daughters wedding. This property was the perfect place to house everyone. I love the location and the amenities that this property offers. Communication with the hosts is awesome and they care about your stay.

The home is large and comfortable. There's plenty of space for multiple generations (we had 3). Less than an hour to Zion and all the majesty found there and close to St. George for all the conveniences. Scott and Jessie are fantastic hosts and if the opportunity arises again, we would stay at their place again.

Host was great to work with and answered questions. Location was close to shopping, dining & recreation.

This was the best experience we have ever had with VRBO. The home was beautiful and spacious and had absolutely everything one could need. The pool and clubhouse where also in pristine condition. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our daughter graduated from Rocky Vista Medical school. This home definitely helped make this occasion even more special. I would highly recommend! Wish I could give 20 stars!

We had good things to say and some suggestions for the owners. First, the home is beautiful. It’s nice that they supply many kitchen items such as pots, pans, griddles, a rice cooker, etc. I would hope that any vacation rental home would have these things, though. They also supply beach towels for use at the pool, which is nice! They also supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which is nice! They had some nice amenities and extras that made our stay more comfortable. I plan on messaging the owners about certain suggestions, but be aware that you may need to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels in case you run out and have 15+ people like we did. Also, just so people who rent In the future are aware, the dryer usually takes two drying cycles to fully dry a load like towels. We didn’t wash clothes, so I couldn’t say the dry time for those. Also, upstairs gets really hot, and we went at the end of April. I can’t imagine staying here in the summer. They provide a few plug-in fans, but not enough, unfortunately. The thermostat can’t be set below a certain temp, or it would cause issues with their HVAC, so upstairs was so hot. I wish they had more fans for the use of multiple guests in a room, such as multiple small fans or a bigger tower fan that oscillates. The house was a nice space for a big extended family, and I love that the dining table fit many people. They also have a nice table out back for seating, plus the sectional couch. The pool and hot tub were great! There were also some pool blow-ups in the garage (we didn’t try them out). The garage was spacious for two cars. The beds were okay; not the most comfortable but fine. I wouldn’t recommend an adult sleeping on the pullout couch in the upstairs master - my small kids slept on it fine. The area was nice and I would maybe stay here again with a large extended family in the cooler months, but unless they got fans for upstairs, which I’ll message them about, then I wouldn’t stay in hotter months. The host was responsive at first and then became less responsive. We waited for an answer on something for multiple days in a row, even after asking them something multiple times. It’s nice that there wasn’t a pet fee. Wish there was more counter space for prepping food, but at this point, nothing can be done about that. Again, overall a nice stay but many recommendations will be made to the host in a private message. We prefer this over a hotel!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for 3 families. Enough room for sleeping 16-18 people. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Pool was amazing and fun for everyone. Kids loved it and had so much fun. Neighborhood was nice and quite for the time we were there. Location was good and close to about everything within 5 min to grocery store and fun activities in St George. House was clean and well taken care of. 5 stars all the way around and when we look for another get away to St George area we will definitely have to book here again.

Absolutely wonderful property in a fantastic spot. The home was everything we had hoped for, and the hosts were very responsive and efficient. We came to St. George to attend our first child's wedding, and having such a great place to stay as our base camp made the weekend that much better.

We were close to everything, and this place had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean, we were very happy with it!

This property is quite large and we didn't feel crowded at all with 6 adults and 6 kids and a dog. There is a lot of tile area on the first floor and our dog knows she is not allowed on carpet so she stayed on the tile and was still right there with us. The bedrooms are large and there are a lot of bathrooms so nobody was whining about not being able to get into one. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked dinners while we were there. We found plenty of dishes however we brought a huge supply of paper plates so we wouldn't have to use regular plates. We had thought about using the BBQ but it was in need of a good cleaning and I didn't feel like doing that so we never used it. The washer and dryer was handy since we didn't have perfect weather and did get wet and dirty. The kids loved the pool and went there every night. I could say a lot more but all in all this is a great property and I highly recommend it if you have a lot of people in your group. I don't know that we will ever be back to this area but if we do I would surely try to stay here again.

Great place! Clean and well situated in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tubs and pools in the evening after a long day of hiking and sight seeing. Highly recommend!!

This VRBO was very well represented by the host. Worked out perfect for our group. I'm thinking trying to reserve for Thanksgiving. Definitely a VRBO to save as a favorite. Spacious workable Kitchen, comfortable spacious family room area. The Bedroom setup is great. Essentially 2 master bedrooms, easily could host 3 couples, plus tons of kids. 4 bathrooms. Two heated pools with hottubs adjacent about a five minute walk. Host had pool toys and a couple 8 ft kayaks in garage. Wi-Fi decently strong and goes throughout home. 3 TVs, Netflix, etc, fairly simple to operate. Various spices, etc in cupboard. Griddle, instapot, slow cooker.

This was an awesome condo with an awesome host. We stayed there for a softball tournament in St. George with two couples and four players and it was just perfect. I would highly recommend anybody staying there. The girls had a good time at the pool and a hot tub. The host was extremely responsive with every question I had. I would definitely stay there again.

Definitely one of the best experiences with rental properties. The process was very easy and hassle free. The property was clean and everything was working properly. I would highly recommend and will use them the next time I come to Utah.

Clean, roomy home. Lots of space for every age to unwind. Quiet neighborhood. Location was a drive from St George and Tuachan, but central to so many area adventures (Zion’s, Sand Hollow, Hiking) etc. The heated pool was a bonus. Perfect temp for swimming with the family in 50 degree (Fahrenheit) temps. Thanks for a fun place to call home base on our family vacation!

Had a wonderful stay. Property was well maintained and owners were very easy to work with.

I have been to this area for several years now on a vacation and this was honestly the best stay we have had. The house was ready for our arrival with communication from the owner with the check in procedures. This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids and is centered in an area for all of the activities available to us. There is so much to do in the area. We were also able to enjoy the centrally located pool area and there were daily trips to the duck pond. This is a really nice little community and well worth the stay. We had communication with the hosts all week and they were very responsive with the questions we had. This is a great choice for anyone looking to visit in this area.

Pretty much exactly what we expected. Nice place, safe, good location. Needs a new wine opener- thats the only improvement i can come up with.

We had a bit of a problem with check in. The host provided a wrong code and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Ended up needing to stay somewhere else for the first night. Turns out the host was on a plane. It was frustrating but the host contacted us the next day and did all he could to make it right. He also refunded us for the night we missed. We ended up enjoying the rest of the weekend. It was a very comfortable home to stay in. The community pool was a favorite with the kids

Our family traveled from Texas to visit Zion National park. This house is beautiful and large enough to accommodate a big family. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a nice pool and a pond if you want to fish or just feed the ducks. There are plenty of good restaurant choices too. I highly recommend this property if you planning a trip to Zion!

We came down to Saint George for the Ironman. Loved this home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood with awesome amenities. It is about 15 minutes from downtown St. George and 15 minutes from Sand Hollow Resevior. Perfect for a family.

My family’s experience at this property was great. We would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed at this property for Spring Break. The house was super clean and so many small details made a big difference: shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms, fully-stocked kitchen, garage door opener, and patio furniture are some of those. We had our small dog with us, and she loved it too. The community pool was awesome and we spent many hours there. We hope to come back again!

We had an amazing vacation! House was spacious and just as advertised. The pool a was the highlight for the kids. The only suggestion I have is the tub in the hall bathroom is super slippery and needs some gripping strips to prevent falls. Would love to stay here again.

Have stayed several times at different properties at this location and we love it.
