Nothing - very disappointing experience

We selected this place because we thought it was on the water. It turned out our "townhouse" was actually 1 mile away and overlooked the school, a parking lot, fire station and a bank. NOT what we paid for! The unit was cramped and when we went to bed we found crumbs and hair on the linens. We had to wash everything. The entire place was also covered in dog hair and had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. I called and left 2 messages requesting someone come by and clean - no one even called me back. There was also a large RV parked in front of our unit that ran a generator all night - very noisy and unpleasant. Being July 4th weekend we had no choice but to tough it out. Would never do business with this place again. A total SCAM!

Beautiful location in an adorable town. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The lake view from the porch areas and hot tub were sooo goregous. The hopitality was bar none! The entire staff worked hard to make sure we were well taken care of. Kelly provided an unexpected breakfest/brunch spread our last morning that was just lovely. Marc was super helpful with tips, restaurant recommends and even provided us with fishing poles!

Suggestion: directions in the bathroom for operating the shower...overheard a couple of guests having minor difficulty there.

TIBB is beautifully located, with views of the Swan River flowing into Bigfork bay and amazing sunsets. The Inn is beautiful, and is in a prime location. it’s very relaxing and comfortable.

Friendly owners, beautiful location, and the owners were awesome. I would highly recommend this property.

Two story 3br/2ba condo with over 1600 sqft had lots of room for our family vacation. Very clean and decorated nicely.

Bed was to soft in spare bedroom downstairs.

I liked having the whole bottom floor, game room, and bar area basically to ourselves.

The bathroom was not attached to the room. Was a little awkward at first, having to dress or put a robe on before leaving the room. Bed could of been a touch more comfortable.

I was absolutely thrilled with the inn at Big Fork Bay. It was like staying at someone's beautiful private residence and being treated like Royalty. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. It was really a treat to be there, and the facility itself is just lovely.

The Inn at Bigfork(TIABF) is very beautiful and comfortable property right onBigfork Bay. Plenty of open spaces that didn’t feel cramped, with comfortable furniture. It was such a great find compared to another place I stayed at in the area earlier in the week. The Inn at Bigfork was $25, a d about 100 times no we. Thank you so much Monte and Kelly. I’ll definitely recommend you to friends!!

Everything was great!

The location was better then expected, and had a new jacuzzi on a deck overlooking the lake. Lovely sunsets! The king bed was as extra large & very comfortable. Extremely quiet, which I requested, and the owner, Kelly, was very attentive & available thruout our visit.

The large room did not have a window.
