I like the amount of space in the house and the decor.

The many amenities that couldn't be used due to damage or not working. Whenever I asked to speak with someone about the issues they never called back. The safety issues of the door not locking, jacuzzi not heated and grill stolen. Dryers not working, many broken chairs, faucet broken, dishwashers broken (both), freezers don't make ice (broken), one bed was broken (only fixed this one thing), only 2 burners work on the stove and oven only works on broil. They will not refund any money.

the trash needed to be picked up more often. I had a big group and we had a lot of trash.

The space

First o could not check in early and when I checked in the time at 4:00 pm to find the cleaning crew and maintenance on site and they was not aware that It was check in time and I did not check in until after 5pm No one called me ahead of time to say it was not ready. And to have guests waiting was not professional at all. Also the housekeeping staff was very rude and not professional at all as she did not clean good. One of the bathroom was full of trash and not clean at all and when informed she tried to accuse us putting that trash there and which I told her this was here already and she attempted to clean and when finish she stormed out and slammed the door. The money you spend for this vacation home is not worth the bad service. You need to get a better housekeeping service The house it self can be a little tender loving caring. The Carpets need to be replaced and walls need painting and better oven because it don’t burn quickly. You advertise the house and you make sure everything working but renting it out to a family. I expected this home to be better then that the home it’s self in size was awesome Will I use y’all again Yes. I feel I should get some of the cleaning funds cause they did a poor service. Also some One from Vacasa need to give me a call about the ts ..... #Disappointed

I liked everything else about the house.

The best rental property that I've stayed in yet, my only issue it is that there was no dust pan to sweep the trash onto, and that the faucet was really lose and needed to be fixed.
