Room was big and comfortable. Staff were nice.

It had a lift which was welcome. It had a pleasant rooftop terrace. The staff highlight was Laxmi who was always keen to help with a smile.

The first room we shown smelt heavily of cigarette smoke - even though it was a non-smoking hotel. The second room had dirty linen on the bed, bugs and had not been serviced. We finally accepted the third room - after the linen was changed on the bed. There were no coathangers, no safe, and only one towel. This hotel would have been a good stylish business hotel. Unfortunately no hotel maintenance had been done. Wallpaper hung in strips, there was mould on the bathroom blind and around the fittings. Our laundry arrived a day later than promised and still damp. The location was in a commercial area selling bathroom fittings with no restaurants nearby and not ideal for tourists.

Very dirty place. Property needs some serious renovation. The wall papers are peeling off, the furniture is dirty, bathroom has fungus mold, there is cockroaches everywhere, the TV doesn’t work, the towels very dirty, so old and hard that if you wipe your face or body hard you could hurt yourself, bed linen covers dirty pillows and worn out bed.
