everything is perfect the place is so clean neat cosy and seriously quite so after arough day u come here and relax the team is so friendly and just making everything for u easy and obtainable that will be my only place to visit and stay here in cairo I highly recommend it

The hotel/residence is new in a gated community called Katameya Gardens, the rooms are spacious and very clean. bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom pretty functional with a nice shower and a good aeration system. staff (Ziad and others) friendly and polite, ready to help at any need. I totally recommend it, quality price (what u get for what u pay) was one of the best places I have found and they accept couples from UE without a marriage certificate. from Pyramids is 1h far, staying here was the best because if I was in Tahir or downtown I would have 1h of traffic anyway. New Cairo is an under development area so there are a lot of constructions in progress, indeed very good surveiled and quiet without Cairo noises. I loved the possibility to use the washing machines (new ones) at the basement floor and the flexibility on room cleaning, every day even at late hours.

Everything was just fine, I couldn’t find anything that annoyed me.

There is no breakfast. The place is little bit far .

The apartment needed items such as dishwashing liquid, tea towels wash up cloths, as a traveler had to go out and source them ourselves, also it could do with more cooking utensils, but otherwise a fabulous apartment

WIFI very good, price very good, all stuffs are very good. The hotel manager is very kind.

New facility with all the amenities I needed to stay comfortably for days or weeks. The staff, led by Mrs Dora was professional, courteous and helpful. They waited for me until 3 am so I could check in, they offered me a very nice room with a large balcony and they gave me a print-out of all the supermarkets and restaurants that offer delivery service. It was a great experience and I look forward to staying there again.
