1- Hotel is far from city center with a high cost to reach other places with Taxi 2- I had a problem on checkout the payment taken two times by the receptionist who was in a hurry and inserted the visa card twice in no time therfore the payment deducted twice from my account. The hotel denied that the mistake is from their side despite I showed them screen shot from my bank account. After I left they didn't reply my messages to solve this problem except with few non informative wards in English or Turkish language, I made complaint to booking customer service that's why the start to reply my messages and tried to call me on whatsapp. Three days after I left the hotel they still ask me to check my bank account and deny the 2nd payment. I advice others to pay in cash or be careful if payment will be with card as their POS machine might have error of connection and deduct the money more than one time and if this happen they will deny and not help you to get money back 3- the room view is average 4- I think they are not cooperative enough to solve payment issues they should respect guests and treat them in better way. 5- only one among three receptionists can speak English and they are not cooperative enough except Ms. Aesha

The hotel excellent location very clean excellent breakfast and a room is very comfy. I highly recommend people to stay in this hotel.

Very modern hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, very big lobby, very good breakfast and a very inexpensive.

The gym opens at 10 am, which is not convenient for people that start their day early. I requested them to give me access earlier, say at 7, but their answer was a plain NO.

no one in reception speak English. only at departure i found the lady speaks English they didn’t clean room in time i asked many times to add water in my room but without any reply.

We liked the room. It was spacious and the view was good. However, although the bed was king size like we requested, the blanket was little!

The time the facilities (fitness and health club) open is late. They start at 10am.

the staff were friendly, helpful and really nice specially Hazal who was like a friend and could speak English reasonably well it was clean and comfortable and near all the necessities. a mall was exactly the neighboring building and there were lots of restaurants, cafes and even park and supermarket in the walking distance

it was a little far from the center. we had the car but without that, commuting could be a problem, as the taxi fare is really high
