Amazing location with an Amazing seaview.

Great spot, great view, great hospitality, great hosting. Memorable location.

Early Check-In Possible: Since our flight was early, we requested an early check-in ahead of time, which was considered by Andreas, the Property Manager. Upon arrival at the apartment around 11:30AM, the cleaning lady just finished cleaning the apartment and we were able to obtain the keys from her directly. Check-in was simple and Andreas did stop by to check on us after lunch to see how things are going. Location: Great location for exploring Karpathos for us. We wanted to stay outside of the main town bc driving was chaotic near the town. However, we wanted to stay close enough to town to reach basic supplies like groceries, bakeries, and the restaurants. View: Great view of the beach and ocean in front of the apartment. Kitchenette: The apartment has a kitchenette which was perfect for making coffee and breakfast meals. However, it's not properly stocked for preparing large Lunch or Dinner meals. Plus, food is great and affordable on Karpathos, why do you want to cook at the apartment??? Air Conditioning unit worked well and was quiet. Frig. functioned well and was quiet.

Bathroom: The Bathroom smelled of sewer! We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to keep the sewer smell inside the bathroom. When we opened the bathroom to use it, the smell would permeate throughout the apartment. Had to open the patio door to ventilate the apartment. Toilet Seat was loose so I had to hand tighten the two nuts so that the seat would sit properly on the toilet. Cockroaches: Multiple times, we found roaches in the bathroom! I have pics and videos! They were coming out of the floor drain and shower drain. I asked Andreas for drain plugs to cover the drains so that the roaches can't come up the drains. Andreas didn't know what a drain plug was so I texted him some googled pics and told him that he can get them from any plumbing supply store. He mentioned that he would provide them, but never delivered, so I just used the floor towel to cover the drains. WiFi: I specifically asked if the Apartment WiFi was good and stable and it was confirmed by Andreas before I booked the apartment. Upon arrival, we found that the WiFi was not stable and really weak even when connected. The first night the WiFi was non existent so we had to use our cell data to conduct work which used up a lot of data! The 2nd night, the WiFi was good. The 3rd night, the WiFi was bad and Andreas sent a lady to reboot the server which helped. For the remainder of the stay, the WiFi was unstable and unreliable which was very disappointing. TV: With WiFi unreliable, we were hoping that the TV was functioning and it was not. I have pics and videos also. Instead of having a TV, Andreas should invest on a more reliable WiFi system for his future guests. Customer Service: The property manager was responsive to our messages at the start of our stay, but as we reported issues with WiFi and Roaches, he became less responsive.

We would really recommand stying at this lovely place, which is not far away (by car) from the greatest beaches. The host was always promptly available via WhatsApp for questions and communication was very friendly. The apartment was really very clean. Only in the kitchen equipment you should not expect too much and possibly bring utensils yourself, because there is really only the most necessary and little space in the small but fine kitchen. The air conditioning also worked great and ensured us cool nights. The price-performance ratio is really very good. The mattresses were very comfortable, the apartment was small but sufficient, as was the bathroom. The balcony is wonderful. For the price, the location is unbeatable, a great sea view of the great blue waters of the Aegean. The street and the pharmacy below the apartment are barely audible. Only the wind blowing around the house and the sea can be heard at night.

Somewhat problematic we found only that you hear noises from the neighboring apartment, which is probably amplified by the wooden connecting door. Since our neighbors were early risers, our nights were also rather short, which made the vacation not entirely perfect.

Good location if you want to stay close to Pigadia but avoiding the crowds. Nice view of the beach from the terrace. Plenty of space.

Beautiful view from the terrace of the entire bay and the open sea. Truly 100% sea view with beach only 20 meters from the apartment. The building is new, the apartment is furnished exactly as stated in the description and in the photos. Very nice stylish and practical. Private parking in front of the building and a good starting point for exploring the island. Great location away from the crowds but still close to the town.

Nice appartment with a great view. Very close to Pigadia and a great location to get to a lot of beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes. The owner was very friendly and offered us a late check out as the appartment wasn't booked for the next night. We had a great stay!
