Proprete et confort etaient au rendez-vous. la chambre etait spacieuse et confortable

le petit dejeuner m'a semble etre de la recuperation de la veille. les brioches dures et la salade de fuit pas fraiche. meme mes enfants n'en ont pas voulu. seul bemol que j'ai retenu pour cet etablissement. je presume que c'est une erreure ponctuelle

Good location close to the hospital

Excellent service couldn't of asked for more. Staff were pleasant and extremely helpful especially gentleman and front desk who I wish i had gotten his name

Parking was not included.

Breakfast was good but it did go fast. By 8:30am half the food was gone. Quality was good.

The coffee could have been better.

Clean, convenient and comfortable stay. Free coffee all day is nice! The lounge seating area is comfy and pretty good selection at breakfast.

Parking is $16 extra, per day. There were no bottles of water in our room, not even to make coffee. No extra toiletries, either.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. Great bed! Nice white towels.

Access to paid parking was unreliable. Our vanity sink didn’t drain well, room 229.

You were greeted with a smile, check in was easy, received my door key and went into the room. Room was spacious and clean. Wonderful bed.

Room was nice and fresh and big

Towels in the bathroom were dirty upon arrival. Most disappointing was the check in experience. The woman who checked me in was rude and cold. She didn’t even explain where the elevators were, or where the lounge was. She was talking to a colleague laughing when she was checking is in.

Comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff and very clean.

The pool is very small and the price was quite high for the amenities.

this is a nice new hotel with spacious rooms. the bed is very good. the shower room was nice and clean. breakfast was good. there is a good italian restaurant. staff was very friendly

Thé train that went by a couple times wasn’t great when you want a night away from babies hahah but can’t control that :) next time I will ask for a room on the other side of building :)

Absolutely amazing staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Great value at a great price.
