The apartment was very clean and comfortable and within a walking distance to the beach.

Not the best check-in experience. We gave a one-hour range of when we will arrive. Then we were told to phone when we are there, but we don't have a sim card for Croatia so that was not possible. Then we were asked again when we will arrive specifically. We gave a specific hour. But this made us anxious the whole day as we were on the road. We arrived on the hour and no one was at the parking lot as promised. We did eventually approach a gentleman who knew what we were looking for but this was just not the best experience. Additionally a 9 am check-out time seems unreasonably early for anyone on vacation.

Considering I stayed here during high season, price was extremely competitive and cheap for a place like Tucepi. Room is clean and has all functioning facilities including air conditioning unit.

The fact still is and it can not be changed, that the property is not situated on the promenade of beach. It is situated by the big road and one has to get there every time. So consider wether you want to pay more and get an apartment situated exactly aside the beach or you want to save money. Also the the point where apartment's road joins the promenade is far away from Marina Tucepi. But again - you can choose either price or location.

You get a very nice appartment for the amount of money you pay. Only, it could be a little bit cleaner. There was poop in the toilet when we came, and hair in the shower and around the floor.
