Location is excellent - property and surrounding area. TV in the property was excellent (Netflix availability). Washing machine was fine. Nice bathroom shower.

Communication with Bachcare/Property Owner was terrible - delayed and poor responses. Only one set of keys provided. Problems with payment (not due to me). Dirty kitchenware had to be washed by us before use - but could not find a way of using the dishwasher. Eventually, owner arrived who found the switch (reportedly "on the wall"), by hauling the fridge out from under the counter top. Owner didn't stop to smooth things over with us. We felt totally unappreciated, that we were a nuisance. A poor way to treat guests.

Clean & tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to Stephen’s Bay beach that was a lot more quieter than the main beach in Kaiteriteri.

Couldn’t find fault with anything

The location is a bit of a walk from Kaiteriteri, along a coastal path that is about 1.5 km from the town. This walk is beautiful and worth the effort.

The lock box 4 digit number code was WRONG! I had to phone the number of the rental agency and after some delays got the correct one. She said "try this one", leading me to believe the box # was changed at the agency without actually changing it at the house. Needless agro.

Loved the outside shower especially. Very close to a lovely bay too. Nice layout and very private.

Would be great to have a bigger fridge freezer and forgo a bit of bench space. Two armchairs need reshuffled.

The outdoor shower

Nice location walkable to Stephen's Bay and Tapu reserve which is the beach my family and I enjoyed the most. Short drive to Kaiteriteri Beach(es) and local grocery/bar/restaurant.

a bit short on supplies: no garbage bags, only salt and pepper in kitchen, no garbage can in bathroom.

Beautiful well maintained home in excellent location. Getting access to the property was easy peasy and it was great that they allow dogs to stay.

Only one of the entrances was gated leaving the other open for any furkids to escape to the beach before you realise. Lovely home thou, I have no complaints.
