We try to book this home anytime we come to Mexico Beach. It’s spacious for our larger family with plenty of sleeping options, utensils, & dinnerware. The location and neighborhood are good.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Mermaid Manor. We really enjoy this rental. It is very spacious with lots of sleeping options. It also has a large driveway to accommodate our boat & hose to wash it off right there. There are plenty of plates & utensils for our family as well. With just a short walk to the beach, we def recommend staying here.

The house was open and airy with great, peaceful neighborhoods. Close to the beach! The manager was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again!

I have stayed at many short term rentals that other web sites offer and this property and Vacasa in general are as good as any I've ever used. The property was very clean and it was convenient to everything. Great stay!

Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Could not get some lights turned on. Location of switches confusing. Grills not useable thou advertised in ad. Overall a great experience. I would stay there again.

We had a nice stay w two families. House was nice and we enjoyed getting to use the grill.
The one downside, which was a bit troubling, was there was trash all over the yard. We called and wrote the management company, and to their credit, the next day they had someone pick up the overflowing trash bins. The trash in the back yard and side yard was not however picked up - we picked up much of it ourselves.
After a few days, we discovered there is a small black bear living in the neighborhood; we notify the management company and informed them they need bear, proof, trash, cans we also spoke with the neighbor, and he indicated we also had three raccoons. Who could imagine! In the end, the bear and raccoon made an enormous mess - we ended up keeping the trash in the house.
One final note - the house has a for sale sign. I believe the owner has called it quits on the house. We enjoyed our stay - house and porch (and grill in back) we’re nice. The master king Bed needs to be replaced. In the meantime d, a bit of a mixed bag. This was our third stay in Mexico Bewch in two years and this would be at the bottom of my list - but the company we had made the trip great.

I would definitely rent this place again. The location was great - well within walking distance of the beach. The house was clean and comfortable and spacious!

Great affordable vacation home
Great location. Clean and spacious for 9 of us. 5 adults and four kiddos. We had to fix a couple of the door handles upon arrival and the blender was broken, and the no propane for the propane grill, but a new charcoal grill was dropped off during our stay, but all minor issues. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Quiet location
This property is located at the end of Georgia Avenue very quiet location beautiful house very clean. Screened in front porch is wonderful for babies to play. We once lived on Georgia Avenue and we knew it was a wonderful neighborhood. Will be back again. If you go, make sure you eat at Joe Mama’s Pizza in Port Saint Joe! we ate there twice😀

Mermaid Manor is a lovely home and well furnished. The location is good, very quite neighborhood. The screened front porch is a big plus. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows.

Great home!
This home is so spacious. Very clean. Well equipped for all sorts of needs and wants. Many good books to read, games to play, and even some dvds to watch in case nothing to find on the t.v. The screened in porch out front is a must and just so nice for anytime of day. Many blankets and pillows for extra comfort. Definitely will be back again!

Amazing Vacation!!!
Me and my nine closest friends had an amazing time in Mexico Beach. The house was super spacious and was very clean. We loved being so close to the Gulf and had the best weather while we were there, Patrick, our property manager, was amazing and so helpful as well. Cannot wait to return again :)

this house has a great front porch and is built so well! All of the finished are so nice. Its solid and not builder grade...its just like what you would put in your own house. So much room for a large family or gathering!

Great Space
The location was perfect. It is in a quiet neighborhood that’s a short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed.
The king sized and queen sized bed are VERY firm. Adding a quality mattress topper would make the beds more tolerable. However, the twin sized beds were very comfortable-some adults in our party had to retreat to the twin sized beds in search of comfort.
Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Memories at the Manor
This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. All the features of the home were very accommodating and we had a blast. A golf cart would be a perfect addition to the property but we managed the trek to the beach just fine with our wagon. So happy to see Mexico Beach recovering from Hurricane Michael.

Outstanding!
We loved Mermaid Manor! It’s even prettier than the pictures show! Ten of us fit comfortably and it was a quick walk to the beach. Not really a complaint, but just something to be aware of, if you plan to eat cereal, bring bowls- we could only find 2. Otherwise, our stay was fabulous.

Manor near Mexico beach. This one-story house is just as what you see in the pictures. It's new and very conveniently located near the beach. It's a short easy walk to the beach, about 0.2 mile. If you want to drive to beach, you can park along the street. The beach and water are very nice, good waves and not many people. The house has a spacious living room, and enough couches. It also has a long screened porch in the front side with lots of chairs. The backyard faces a river, with privacy. There is water to rinse sand off on the drive way and a warm shower in the back yard. The only thing I would like to have is more bowls in the house. We had difficulty eating cereal in the morning. Otherwise, it's perfect. We would book this again and I highly recommend this house for your vacation.

Great House!
This house was perfect for us, just 3 blocks from the beach and you can park right across the street to walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The only issue I had was with the master shower, it was not cleaned properly and the guest bed had sand in the sheets. Master king bed could use an upgrade but not a necessity. Everything else was wonderful and I will definitely keep in mind to rebook.

Just like new
Our stay was just like moving into a new home. Very clean and pleasant. We live in Mexico Beach and had to move out from our home while Hurricane repairs were completed.
