Moved out after 2nd night even though I paid for 6 nights.
Room smelled
Carpets were extremely dirty.

Checked in at 1640H. Required a cash only $20 deposit, not returned. Room was not ready, even though check out of previous guest was at 1100H. Spectrum staff were going in and out. Walls had speckled areas and were not painted over. Musty odor. My group found two cockroaches in the bathroom.

I did not like this day, and I demanded a refund because there was tagging on the walls broken mirrors fire alarm that was covered with plastic. It smell like they were smoking drugs in there. It was the worst experience ever.

Wasn't clean, no trash bags, only provided 1 roll of toilet paper. When we called the front office for clean towels he would say that the cleaning lady handles that but we never saw her.

The bed itself and the desk
The internet was terrible. I'm a Screenwriter and could not get any work done. On some long nights kept saying no internet, Even during the day time, the internet was terrible. It's a good thing that I had my smart phone. The price of the room compared to the value that I was getting, was bad. No drawers to put clothes in. The management even told me, that I had a good room.

Haven’t visited the property yet. But already started in the negative side. Will send my review on June 1st after check out.
So far the staff is very rude not friendly or helpful at all.
