Cette belle villa à flanc de colline avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur la mer et une merveilleuse piscine avec des marches romaines, des terrasses ensoleillées et des jardins luxuriants est située à proximité de la célèbre station balnéaire d'Ayia Napa.
Avec ses proportions impressionnantes et pourtant d'apparence noble, cette villa peut accueillir confortablement un groupe de huit personnes.
Une chambre double avec salle de bains est située au premier étage plus difficile avec un salon spacieux, et trois autres chambres qui ont toutes un balcon sont situées au deuxième étage.
Au deuxième étage, deux autres salles de bains. Avec de nombreuses options de divertissement, cette villa offre des vacances inoubliables.

It was very great. The pool was big and perfect. Our friends will come there perhaps next year. An perhaps we will come again.

All was very good and we enjoyed pur stay very much! Car is needed but it is calm and that‘s Great, especially with kids/Babies.

I couldn't ask for a better villa to have my bachelor party, even though the rules state that we are not supposed to have parties on the property, Antonis the Supervisor and team leader was very understanding by informing us all of the unspoken rules in order to allow us to do it. Maria the Admin girl with her excellent admin services was always at our disposal for any questions and issues. And Pampos with his quick response on providing the necessary items we asked the company to provide during our stay.
The Villa has enormously spacious entertaining areas (back yard, living room, dining roomS), can accommodate more than 8 people that the advertisement says, HUGE pool and pool area, parking spots for more than 10 cars and the 3 bathrooms water pressure will remove actual skin.
Looking forward to having my 30th birthday party, Christmas parties and family holidays there!!

Need a car if wanting to get out and about during the day but if not cheap and helpful taxi drivers aplenty

Very pleasant week
Very large swimming pool, very calm area, need car to visit, and go to the beach. You have all accommodation, netflix is available of needed

The property is located near Ayia Napa and Paralimni too. Very good condition, fully equipped and clean. The pool is perfect and great outdoor spaces.
