Place a little run down and could do with a coat of paint here and there, but this didn't detract from the stay,
The metal column holding up the shower head had lost a screw so it comes apart if the shower head is moved.
The apartment could just do with a little general maintenance.
Could also do with a washing up sponge and some bin bags as not provided. It would have also been good to have had a floor brush so I could have given the floors a clean before I left (laminate flooring which I liked.)

A smart, clean and comfortable apartment. It was well equipped, and very pleasant. Modern decor, and a lovely space.

It was self catering accommodation
Condition of property was poor despite looking good on photos.
Walls showed signs of damp. Mats were curling up, trip hazards. A few dangerous problems - the fridge, which was badly in need of defrosting, fell forwards easily when the door was opened. Any food we stored in there got wet unfortunately.
The shower, although adequate, had a very slippery floor and there was no shower mat. I put a towel on the floor - it helped a bit, but really it wasn’t safe especially for anyone with mobility/balance issues.
The area outside the house at the back was dangerous to access as the steps were slippy and a sewer pipe ran above them - there was considerable litter out there too which we cleared up as best we could.
Finally, the hot water stopped working for the last 2 days we were there. I tried to email the host but got no reply. Was unable to ring the number given as I have a Spanish phone - but I expected an answer to an email.

Check in was well organized and easy to manage. The apartment was stylish, comfortable, clean and cozy. The facilities were good, we had everything we needed.
I would have loved a 12pm check out. I did email booking.com when I first booked asking if it was possible but didn’t get a reply so we left at 11am. It was not a huge problem but we would have loved the extra hour.

It was comfortably furnished and the location was ideal as my partner was having an operation at the local hospital.
Unfortunately the painters were there and it was quite noisy early in the morning - mainly one the the guys off key singing 😅

While my husband was in Preston Hospital and we lived in Berkshire, I stayed each week for 4 weeks in 3a, 3b twice and 5. Everything was spotlessly clean and contained everything you could need. Julie was very friendly and helpful on the occasion I had to call her. The bus to the hospital was nearby and frequent.
The only disadvantage I found being 75 years old was the stairs, especially to Apt 5.

Loved the space, really well decorated, everything was well thought of and made our journey so convenient!

There was everything you could want in the room. The cleaner did an excellent job it was spotless.
The small sofa was a little uncomfortable and not in a good position to watch TV.

It was very hot. A fan was provided but we couldn't cool the the flat down. Weather beyond proprietors control. But a true cold fan would be the only thing that could make it any better. An excellent place.

It is a very well appointed apartment. The bathroom has obviously been updated recently as it has a beautiful walk I shower.

apartment has everything you need for a short stay.. its clean and spacious .. the appliances are new and there is good water pressure
beds are not that comfortable and apartment is a bit porous when it comes to sound.. you can hear the neighbours talk in their room .. a bit problematic if you are light sleeper

Nice, clean apartment. Good size; the bedroom is huge! Has everything you could need during your stay.
The only criticism I have, which is entirely down to personal preference, is that the mattress was too soft! Pillows were great though :-)
