Everything was better than expected, The Personal service was great . The room was the biggest I ever had from booking with Booking. It was clear, had everything , was very warm, had the balcony, had the underground garage and overground places!
I am happy for the first time , from the time i am writing reviews to have nothing to say here. I am not negative person, but mostly there is something bad to say. This time I am speechless . And make me happy !

Great location. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of four.
Underground parking lot is not suitable for SUVs or larger cars. The entrance is too narrow. There is an outside parking but it’s a block away and it’s practically public - not for the hotel only. There was no free space there.

Very clean and good amenities. The staff were amazing. Not a single issue very happy and great price too. Also, you had access to free parking in a very safe and locked garage

It was ok for one night. I liked the fact they have a private parking.
I felt there like an unwanted guest... There's a lot of signs about what's forbidden and what penalty can be levied for you. The room is not cozy at all, rather official, you can feel like you're sleeping in an office. Then, speaking about facts, not about feelings - the bathroom was very inconvenient (wet floor after taking a shower), and they do not offer breakfast.

Good location
The furniture and decor are very outdated. The hotel opened about 4-5 years ago and yet the bathrooms are in a soviet style. The view was abysmal. There is no elevator even though there are at least 3-4 floors and no one to help with the luggage. The staff was not particularly polite. It has a bad hostel vibe. Yambol has much better options for the same price.
