Perfect location with the view of Mont Blanc from apartment’s window. Host was super nice and is very responsive. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are clean and well designed.

Everything was very good. The only thing that could be better is the bathroom. Despite the nice design, the shower area somehow is not very waterproof as the water from the shower can easily leak out and flood the dry area.

Paul's place is absolutely perfect - could not have added anything. Great communication with Paul, everything needed on arrival, a welcome oasis from some winter bluster outside. Newly remodeled apartment, with everything thoughtfully designed - beds, kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom. Exceptional - everything. Great location, with everything needed within a block or two (ski rentals, great restaurants, small grocery), and a short hop into the busy downtown. We preferred the local amenities as they were superior and authentic. Great stay, hope to return!

Nothing, absolutely nothing.

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The host - Paul - was extremely responsive, provided us with very clear guidelines and was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped and was absolutely spotless. We do not like to stay in the center of everything, deal with rowdy crowds etc - this apartment is a great option to be a bit away from Chamonix Center, yet you still have excellent access to Chamonix, the slopes, stores and restaurants by bus (bus stop to Chamonix is 1 walking minute from the apartment) or by walking: ca. 20 mins to Chamonix, Les Praz gondola, small market and good restaurants in walking distance. While the apartment is on the ground floor, with the living room facing the street, it is not such a busy street, and one is able to cover the windows adequately as desired; windows are rather soundproof For a couple or a family / group of three to four people, this is an option we would highly recommend.

Main drag in La Praz and extraordinarily close to the walking trail to Chamonix. The walk was beautiful and if you don't like driving around Chamonix (and honestly, who does) it's a great way to get to everything and stretch your legs. The view out the front window is stunning and if you drive to the location, having a parking space is really valuable.

For a group of skiing friends and family, there's really not down side to this property. Ski locker, easy access to a lift, easy access to transportation and a really cool group of businesses around to support your stay. I can't find a thing I didn't enjoy about our experience.

The apartment is very nice and well equiped

Beautiful presented newly renovated apartment. Bus stop out the front. Quiet and Paul was very helpful. Nothing was too much. Highly recommended Geoff and Jenny Sharpe.

Great location with a cool bar over the road. Apartment was stylish and spacious. Very communicative and generous host who had a problem with the floor before we arrived and gave a partial refund to cover inconvenience.

Brilliant location

A wonderful apartment! very clean, very well equipped, cosy and comfortable, beautifully decorated, with beautiful views from the windows. Paul the host is very attentive. He did his best to help us with everything we needed. We will happily retrun.

very modern, excellent facilities, comfy beds and great oven and hob. the raclette machine was excellent!

we couldn’t find an oven glove so had to use some cloths, the shower seems to drain onto the floor a bit but just need to move the mat to soak up some of it, but certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying again!
