Ubicación fantástica a dos minutos del centro del pueblo, tranquilo pero bien ubicado. Habitaciones amplias, y trato muy amable por parte del equipo, que facilitan planes, tours y restaurantes recomendados de la zona. ¡Nada que mejorar!

The amazing decoration of this place. We liked the location and the attention to detail of the staff. The breakfast is good. And also they have a few parking spots in the back of the building. Wifi is normal

beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff. In an area where English is not common (and my Spanish is not great) the front desk staff was wonderful at helping me navigate some more complicated logistics.

We were really happy with the room and the Hotel. The breakfast was amazing. It's located really close to downtown, where you can walk everywhere.

Excellent location, right in the centre of town. Can walk everywhere. Clean, new hotel. Comfortable bed. Very helpful, english-speaking staff (some). Secure and free parking for 5 cars.

Air conditioning would have been nice. To cool things down in the heat of the summer, need to open windows at night and traffic noise enters. Also would have been nice to have a hair dryer. Not allowed to drink anything in your room in case you spill something. To have a glass of your own wine, need to sit outside in the parking area.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They speak English there so you will get along very easily if you are not fluent in Spanish. Transfer to the airport was arranged by the hotel and went very smoothly. They also offered arranging tours and were very helpful and flexible with early breakfast hours. The hotel is in a very good location just 5 minutes away from the city center. During my whole stay I felt very welcome and safe

Breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive and willing to help and offer any extras. The room layout was very well thought with little spaces which are necessary to accomodate toiletry items in the shower and around the basin. It was clear that an experienced traveler was involved in the use of space in the room. The decor is modern, bright and with style.

The bed was too soft but that is a personal issue . A larger bed ( plaza y media ) would have been appreciated but again a personal preference. however for a tall person the bed was a little too small.

it was comfortable the room was bright the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was hot with good variety and also started nice and early if you have to catch an early flight like we did

no ac, sleeping with the window open was loud, but the location is great for walking around the city

the interior walls are not insulated, so noise and sound travels freely. it is a wonderful and safe/clean hotel that’s very well-located, but you can hear everything inside your room. an employee told me they are planning to “fix” this problem (I assume they need to open all the interior walls and add sound insulation inside them?)

Breakfast was great. The staff member who met us was both professional and gracious. He was really lovely. Breakfast was so sweet -- tea for one of us DYING to get a good cup of tea, which was provided. Great eggs and bread and the European cheese-meat plate was a bonus. We really like this place and will return to it.
