Nice big house,lovely beds, good showers and bath

It was all fine...we only needed it really to put our heads down,as arrived late fri..and was out alday sat,left sun.

everything was clean and comfortable. great location!

The property is a good size with modern bathrooms & comfortable beds. The owner is incredibly helpful & easy to get hold of. The greeting message & gift is a lovely touch on arrival.

You’re asked not to go outside into the rear garden after 9.30pm due to the neighbours being prone to complaining to police about noise, which isn’t down to the property owner, but is a little frustrating for any adult guests who are smokers.

Lovely and spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We came as a group of 8 and it was a great amount of space for us all 👏 lovely touch of wine and a welcome message for our wedding the next day was so sweet too.

The neighbours added an element of stress to my wedding morning - we had hair and make up come to the house in the morning and we were all gone by 9am but still had them complain about us parking on the road (not blocking anyone or anyone’s drive!) we were also told we weren’t allowed outside past 9.30pm or the neighbours may call the police. Not the owners fault and we were warned but it made for a tense atmosphere and could potentially put us off staying again.

Very nice house and friendly host, great location fantastic price. Great space plenty of things to do like the games room or even chilling in the garden with a nice cold beer.

Location and size of house. Showers were fab. Good communication with the host.

Patio door needed fixing so we couldn't access garden from living area but that was a minor thing.

Tbh it’s a little hard to mark down things as it was great

Perfect location for what we needed. It suited all our needs as two families, allowed us to relax and enjoy the day at Thomas Land with small children who didn’t have to travel. Daran was extremely helpful and flexible, always available if we needed anything and explained everything, regardless of how many times I asked 🙈

There was nothing we didn’t like, the only feedback we had was given direct to Daran who was very receptive.

House was amazing anf perfect for old friends to catch up! Communication with Daran was amazing and made sure everything was spot on.

Would be great to have a proper pool table in the games room.

The house is so nice and spacious, the living room and dining room are great places to sit with friends/family. 3 bathrooms were definitely a big help with so many of us. Space for 2 cars in the driveway was perfect. The sofa beds were very comfy. I think the hosts are lovely people, I spoke to Daran in particular and he is such a nice person to talk to, and an amazing host! They provided games/books and even a bottle of wine, which was really nice of them! There is a games room too, we didn't actually use it because we didn't have time, but it looked like a great place to have some fun!

One of the bedrooms (yellow room) had a really horrible bed, the mattress was broken and the springs just kept digging into our back, I woke up in a lot of pain every day. Also, I think a couple of basics should have been provided, i.e. a sponge to clean the dishes, some bin bags. Maybe some instructions for the sofa bed would be useful (we may just be really silly for not knowing)🙂

Everything and the jaccuzi tub is amazing

Welcoming bottle of wine and message on blackboard. Fantastic quiet location - central to my work needs. Excellent en-suite shower. Kitchen well equipped for cooking everything from a fried egg sandwich to a full Sunday roast. Off street parking was also a bonus.

Facilities in garage (table-tennis, dart board, pool table, running machine) - would have preferred to utilise the garage to store my car overnight especially due to frequent and heavy snow fall (I appreciate that this was a seasonal issue & is my personal preference).
