Beautiful Norris Lake Condo in Deerfield Resort With Views That Can't Be Beat!
Notre condo sur le lac est situé dans le convoité Deerfield Resort sur le lac Norris avec des vues spectaculaires sur le lac et la réserve naturelle de Chuck Swan.
Ce condo est équipé de deux chambres principales, chacune avec salle de bain en suite (douche debout, pas de baignoire) et lits queen. Notre chambre avant a accès à la terrasse couverte donnant sur le lac. De plus, nous avons un canapé-lit queen-size situé dans le salon. Toutes les serviettes et les draps sont fournis, mais veuillez apporter vos propres serviettes de plage pour le lac et la piscine. Avec une cuisine ouverte, une salle à manger et un salon, vous apprécierez la vue tout au long de votre séjour!
Nous proposons une connexion haut débit à Internet et une télévision à écran plat avec accès à HULU et Netflix. Il n'y a pas de chaînes en direct offertes (alors planifiez à l'avance vos événements sportifs à ne pas manquer). Notre cuisine est bien équipée et dispose d'une cafetière Kurig si vous souhaitez utiliser vos dosettes préférées. Laveuse et sécheuse haute efficacité.
C'est une promenade courte (mais raide) à la piscine communautaire qui est à la fois une grande piscine et une piscine pour enfants pour profiter avec de jeunes enfants. Nous avons un gril à gaz et des meubles d'extérieur confortables sur notre terrasse couverte pour votre plus grand plaisir.
Deerfield Resort propose une entrée fermée, une piste d'atterrissage privée, un parcours de golf 18 trous, le restaurant The Greens at Deerfield, la cave Chapman Hill, le Tiki Bar (une marina à service complet et un restaurant familial), des courts de tennis, une piscine communautaire et aire de jeux pour enfants!
Veuillez noter que nous sommes situés au niveau inférieur du bâtiment, il y a donc un ensemble complet d'escaliers extérieurs pour naviguer jusqu'à notre porte d'entrée. Le condo ne comprend pas un bordereau de bateau, mais les bateaux peuvent être loués à Springs Dock à quelques minutes en voiture de la station. Deerfield Cove Marina propose également la location de bateaux et est idéalement situé dans la station. Les marinas sont ouvertes en saison, généralement de mai à la mi-septembre, donc si vous visitez au printemps, en hiver ou en automne, les restaurants ne seront pas ouverts. Nous apprécions la vue non perturbée, et en tant que tel, il n'y a pas de couvre-fenêtres dans le salon, alors veuillez en tenir compte si vous utilisez le canapé-lit.

We had a wonderful long weekend in this property, great view of the lake and deck to read and relax. Super clean with all items that we needed available with a beautifully decorated lake theme.

This condo was spotless and comfortable! Beautiful view overlooking the cove at Deerfield. Short drive to boat dock and marina. Amy was a great host and easy to get in touch with. We would highly recommend!

Property was exactly as advertised. Property owners were very responsive and volunteered information even before being asked. There were 4 adults and one small child in the unit, and it was a perfect fit. The view from the deck is amazing and truly could never tire of it. We loved our stay and will seek the same place out again.

Even though we stayed for only two nights, this condo was everything that we needed. We could’ve stayed here for a week! Great location on the lake to get to all the good marinas and jumping bridge. Pool is close. Only recommendation would be to have an ATV or golf cart to take you up and down the hill to get down to pool and down to the docks.

The condo was clean, comfortable, well-supplied and had incredible views. We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the water each morning. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Norris Lake!

The property had amazing views of the lake. Very clean and had everything you could need. The only thing that can improve would be the size of the bed. I feel a bigger bed would be great and more comfortable.

Overall we had an enjoyable and relaxing retreat. Unit was exactly as described and worked well for us. We had a few glitches in the beginning of our stay; owner was very responsive and problems were solved quickly. Would definitely return if we are in the area again.

Property was great and well represented in the photos. Only negative for us was the distance from our destination. It was listed as only about 20-ish miles from downtown Knoxville and it was about double that. The area was beautiful and the condo was great and wished we could have stayed longer but was not great for a short visit.

Some simple and inexpensive additions could make this an outstanding property! Some simple wall racks for hanging clothing would be very helpful. One bedroom has no closet or wall rack. Also a wall rack next to the entrance would be very helpful.

Relaxing
Loved the Property.plans changed my son and his family of dogs had to rent a different house due to dog sitter canceling last minute. So everyone stayed over his place so me and my husband stay here along. We did have them over except dogs to swim and grill since they were on list anyway. And we really enjoyed it.little to quit for my bunch we talk loud.... didn't want to make anyone mad so that was a little nerve wrecking done think we did... hope not. Love the humming birds...they hang around alot,well to get them some drinks anyway.all in all we loved are visit. Thank you so much...also the little hook game came off the ceiling on deck while I was playing it.

Beautiful villa
The villa had a great view and was set up just like home. A wonderful, comfortable, relaxing get away—- (in the off season) — wish I had packed more groceries on my first trip to the location- so we never had to leave.

Condo is clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and so is Living room and patio furniture. Beautiful view of main channel from LR and Master. We have stayed here several times. We also think Deerfield is a great place and location on the lake.
Amy could not be nicer to work with. I left an important piece of jewelry behind and she was great to track down cleaning crew and get it back to me.

For over 10 years. I've stayed at this condo a couple of times. Great view and great proximity to the nearby marinas, tiki bar, party cove, etc. which makes these easy when renting boats, jet skies, picking up some supplies or looking for food or drink. Great getaway

Beautiful condo!
My husband and I booked a quick stay with our 2 daughters (6 and 4) The owner, Amy was in constant communication and very nice and helpful before and during our stay.
The condo was beautiful and very clean. We loved the large covered deck and enjoyed playing the ring game and eating dinner enjoying the gorgeous view.
Our girls love to swim so the close pool was also a plus. It was never crowded so it felt like our personal pool.
It was our first time to Norris and glad this was our experience.

Very nice stay
I’m as picky as they come, so I would not hesitate to stay at this location. Very clean, close to marina, and convenient to local store in the event you need small grocery items, etc. Owner was always responsive and very helpful. Only downside is that there are very few options to find a boat slip for overnight. This was really the only negative item I can say. Deerfield property Mgt really should consider having additional slips available for renters.

First thing we noticed was how amazingly clean the condo was, along with beautiful furniture and amenities.The view of the lake from the deck was so relaxing. We were able to sit outside even during the rain as the deck was covered.We would easily give this property, along with the owner, the highest rating! Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home. This was our first stay in Tennessee, and we have wonderful memories…thank you.
