Construit en 1964 et récemment entièrement rénové, ce magnifique 4BD 2. 5Bth rambler est situé à 300 pieds de Washington State Fair. Située au cœur de Puyallup, cette propriété est l'endroit idéal pour votre séjour! Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable dans notre grande ville charmante. Marchez jusqu'au café Starbucks et jusqu'aux aires de restauration. Tout ce qui vous amène au travail ou aux voyages à Puyallup, cet emplacement est incroyable.
Notre grande maison familiale récemment rénovée est confortable pour jusqu'à 8 personnes. Située près de la foire de l'État de Washington, cette maison comprend 4 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bains, 1 salon avec télévision grand écran, un coin repas, une grande cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et une buanderie. Qu'il s'agisse de traîner dans notre grande cour arrière ou de regarder des films dans la salle familiale, notre maison est un excellent refuge tout en étant à quelques minutes des restaurants, des magasins, de l'hôpital à 5 minutes à pied et à quelques minutes de marche du parc des expositions de l'État de Washington.

It was advertised as central air. It had 3 portable AC units that cycled on and off. They did cool. The house is nice, but the neighborhood is pretty shabby. It is very close to the Fair Grounds. It is convenient to Safeway, Walmart, Costco, etc. Also, easy to go N to Seattle or S to Olympia. It has a huge back yard, but not manicured. Overall, it was a nice stay, but needs some amenities like additional drinking glasses, remote for garage. It has lots of plates and coffee cups. Very nice appliances.

Nelly's place was perfect for us and our two small dogs. She was super accommodating and communicative, and we loved our stay. We didn't come for the fair or activities at the Puyallup fairgrounds but if we did, it would have been the perfect spot as well. It's literally a walk across the street to the Blue entrance. The neighborhood was really safe and great for walking. Close to everything we needed. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for accuracy of listing was due to the fenced yard not being as secure as we needed. The gate in front doesn't latch so we had to put one of the garbage cans in front of it to keep it shut. There were also a few other areas where our smaller (20lbs) dogs could get through due to holes in parts of the fencing. We found flower pots and other things to fill them, but just be sure to check before letting yours loose. I have no doubt if we had called Nelly, she would have attended to those right away, but we were able to make it work. Would 100% stay here again!

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house in Puyallup. Everything was sparkling clean. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is a great space with a large eating counter and all things provided for cooking. A top notch rental and yes we would stay again!

I stayed with a group of teachers for a competition. The house was conveniently located off the freeway which made it easy for us to get to all of our locations. The house was clean. Nelly was very responsive and a great host.

We felt so at home, my family and I enjoyed all the well thought amenities. The beds were so comfortable, but a close second were the leather couch's watching a good scary movie on a rainy day nap.
Right near the fair and real close to everything we needed. Freeway access was superb for the amount of time I had to be on the road.
P.s left some syrup and breakfast items (hope you pay it forward) lol

Book this house for my daughter and her bridesmaids. They loved the house and the owner let them have a late check out so the makeup and hair person could get them all done before leaving for the wedding.
I would recommend this house. If you are going to the state fair it's the perfect location, you can see amd walk to the front gates

The house was perfect for us. Very clean and also had very comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Large fenced backyard which would have been great if our grandkids had been with us. Host was always very responsive. If back in the area in the future, we would rent again.

This was a perfect stay for our family! Plenty of room for everyone close to everything. A
Super perfect would have been a shower in also the 1/2 bath but not a deal breaker. Everyone just planned showers accordingly since there were 7 of us. Thankfully at least 2 full baths. Everything was well stocked even had Kleenex! We would recommend Nellys place and would stay here again if the need should arise!

Not only was the house spacious enough for 6 adults and an infant from 3 different households to all stay comfortably in an amazing location with easy access to visit extended family in the area, but it was also the cleanest short term rental we’ve ever seen. Their attention to detail in cleaning for new guests made the stay feel extraordinary.

Our VRBO was easy to find, close to shopping, as well as other places we wanted to explore. The neighborhood is quiet, and I bet it is a desired place during the State Fair. Family who live in the Seattle area knew the area from State Fair visits.
The property is clean with updated, friendly space. The dogs LOVED the large, fenced yard!!

This was our 2nd time staying here, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. We brought a team of employees for a conference at the fairground and this house is nearly as close as the parking lot. It’s also a fairly short walk to some of the bars/restaurants which was also great. The house itself is very neat and clean!

This was an awesome place to stay. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable for our family of 6. Lots of amenities......nice bedding, extra towels, fully equipped kitchen and large backyard. We really appreciated that the house had air conditioning since we encountered very warm weather during our stay.

Highly recommend. The house is so big and clean. It has a large fenced backyard and patio. Its a very nice property. Dog friendly too! There is no AC unfortunately. One of my kiddos accidentally locked one of the bedroom doors and the owner came as soon as she was able to unlock it. There were also toys and games for the kids.
