A warm blanket, very cold at night, I searched high and low for some extra warmth. Certainly an issue with the hot water.

Clean modern studio in good location. Easy walk to shops cafes etc and easier access to beach and coastal path walk. Comfortable bed. Private courtyard. Others have mentioned noise - no one in the adjoining property while we were there so all quiet. The path around the side of the building is made of pebbles and railway sleepers so bags need to be carried. There are lights for night time but they seem to be on a timer so be prepared to use the torch on your phone.

The address on booking.com is incorrect. Crows Nest is at the rear of 4a not 4b. Go down the drive of 4a and take the narrow path around the right hand side of the building.

nice location there in Lennox head, very close to the Main Street and beach.

it was dirty when we walked in. Dust everywhere, hairs throughout the bed, cutlery still had food stuck to it from previous occupants. The stay is situated right underneath the main house’s lounge room where the other occupants were continuously running and stomping. Not an enjoyable experience besides the location to be honest.

Location was great for our stay and where we needed to get to. It was close and easy to get to the beach for going for walks

The path leading to the house was dangerous and could be made safer. As there is no dishwasher the cleaner needs to check dishes and coffee machine are properly clean and the larger sheet needs to be used as the bottom sheet. Movement from upstairs’ carries through to downstairs

We really liked the modern features and the location of the property.

The small allocated parking spot wasn’t suited to our four wheel drive. But the street parking was fine!

cute area for two people. great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach

we found a couple of quite large cockroaches in the kitchen at night. the room was connected to the main house and only a limited hot water supply, we didn’t get hot showers a couple of times. and no facility to get fresh towels while we were there.

Fitted sheet on bed would have been good Dish cloth to wash dishes
