This property, and the larger "city" it's a part of, was truly magical. The condo was literally steps from the ocean (we could hear the waves crashing at all times), 100 yards from 3 pools, and inside a much larger double-gated community filled with restaurants, paved trails, 2 golf courses, and so much more. We met so many amazing residents from adjoining properties, and our stay could not have been any more perfect. Beautiful, smooth beach, outstanding pools, and a location that can't be beat. Our host was attentive and gracious, and the condo was stocked with anything you could possibly need, including perhaps the most well-appointed kitchen we've ever seen. Start to finish, the best VRBO rental we've ever stayed in. We will be back!!

People are right when they say air conditioning does not work. It was so hot in the apartment that we went to the car to cool of when I called the host he was rude telling me to rent a hotel if I didn't like it

We enjoyed our stay here. The view is beautiful. The sound of the waves was so nice. We spent a lot of time sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings. It literally is just seconds to walk to the beach and the pool is close as well. The only part I would change is having more information on the property and all you can do there. Another guest told us of a nearby pool with slides that we could apparently use. We did not try it as we didn’t have time. Restaurants are listed, but how to access them was not easy without a golf cart. Info on where to park would be good for future guests we never did make it to eat in Palmas Del Mar because it was busy the night we tried and we just didn’t know where to park. One restaurant ignored us. Of course this is not the owners fault, just sharing our experience in the complex and maybe sharing some tips on how to access the shops and eateries or where to get a golf cart could be left in the condo. Overall we enjoyed our time here and the space was great for our family to be together but also have space to spread out. Carlos was also VERY helpful when I had issues with VRBO being down and when we needed help one night during our stay. He always replied promptly.

Everything was great , I love the neighborhood this place is located . Easy to get to San Juan and back in like 45 minutes . The ocean breeze , the breaking of the waves at night while you are going to sleep is amazing .I love every second I was there ..if you stay at this place rent a golf car you’ll have a blast picking up groceries at the market ….loved it

Beautiful relaxing pleasing to the eyes and soul! Will definitely stay here again. Clean property! Love the sounds of the waves. Every morning drank our coffee and enjoyed the scenery!

The location is breathtaking, the property was spacious and clean. Easy access to the beach for a morning or evening stroll and steps away from the 3 pools. Carlos was an excellent host and was very responsive. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the near future!

The location is excellent,but you do not have a view of the beach, a 5 foot tall hedge blocks your view. Upon walking in a very musty smell greeted us, in all fairness it did dissipate over the length of our stay. Maybe the ac needs to be cleaned? The unit's fixtures and furniture except for the bed and the refrigerator are old stained, corroded or sagging badly. In all fairness the unit was livable, but lacked an up to date feel. On another issue, if you've never driven in Puerto Rico, the best words for it are chaotic and nerve racking. Puerto Rican drivers don't use turn signals, drive through red lights, park in the middle of the street on what are considered major highways, speed, drive extremely slow no matter how many cars are behind them. It was not a relaxing vacation and my wife and I will never go back.

Great views. Very clean. A+++ property

Unit was VERY clean, inside and outside furniture was good quality and pretty new. All appliances were upgraded and fully working. With 10+ years using VRBO in US, Caribbean and Europe this was by far the cleanest and up to date of any place I have stayed. Owner communicates very quickly on VRBO messaging and check in process was flawless. A++ Location is also the cleanest and safest in Puerto Rico with plenty of day excursions possible (Seven Seas beach, Culebra, Rainforest, coffee plantations, etc)

Place was great. Location is excellent. You can hear the sea from the master bedroom at night, priceless.

Great location,beautiful place, perfect for a family. The property is fantastic and the resort is top notch. I will say that it is very difficult to conduct business with the sound of the waves continuesly in the background. My daughter said it "slayed off the rails."
