Cette belle maison de 6 chambres est située directement sur le lac et offre une vue imprenable depuis le salon et deux chambres principales. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vue depuis la grande terrasse conçue pour le divertissement, le privé à l'étage projeté dans le porche ou le quai idéal pour la pêche. N'hésitez pas à amarrer votre bateau au quai pendant votre séjour (l'ascenseur n'est pas disponible). So much to love about our stay here! Room for everyone, with two full kitchens was ideal for our group. We were traveling with our parents, so having the separate living space for them to retire to was ideal. Plenty of spaces to spread out and and be together - Outstanding for our group of 9 ranging in age from 31 to 85!
We spent a lot of time on the dock, and floating in the water reconnecting. We brought our own "floaties" but there were plenty of options there. Several kayak trips were taken.
Just want to note that the water is shallow at the end of the dock and in the entire cove. Definitely cannot jump/dive into the water, but we all adjusted just fine since we're grown ups!
A GREAT vacation was had by all, and our host Adam was amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome house with us!

This was our 2nd year at this house and for the 2nd year it was excellent. The owners, Adam and Ana, do a great job in maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the house. There is ample room for the entire family to spread out. The cover dock is perfect to hang, read a book and have a few drinks. The lake is terrific to swim, kayak or just float on a tube. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The house was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the separate kitchen and living room upstairs if you wanted to get away from the main area for quiet time. Fun with the kayaks the dock and boathouse was clean. Large deck/patio.would book again without hesitation.

We had a terrific stay. The house was super comfortable. Awesome floor plan. Loved 2 kitchens. One of our new favorites homes. Adam was a great communicator. The driveway was a bit of a challenge but worth it.

We had a great visit with our children and grandchildren. Our family boat was a great hit and the children wave boarded, went tubing, and enjoyed the water. There are panoramic views of the beautiful lake from the rear of the property. You can swim, float and hang out by the dock. Very spacious house that housed 13 of us very well. All the children and grandchildren said it was one of the best vacations our family has taken. Enjoy!

We were very happy with this property. Large enough and beautiful views. Kids enjoyed ping pong and swimming and we enjoyed having enough space for everyone. Will likely book again. Great communication. Parking is limited but we were able to make it work.

This 6-bedroom home allowed us to all gather for a multi-generational family birthday. The house offers lots of space for everyone to have room for activities: 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a glass enclosed porch with ping pong table, a screened porch, a large dining area and expansive decks. There is a dock to tie up a rental boat. The owner supplied toys for kids, lots of videos to watch during quiet times, and all of the dishes, glasses and appliances you could need. The house is in good shape though the driveway is difficult to navigate. We all had a good time and the owner was wonderful to deal with.

Large, beautiful property that is well taken care of. But, if you tow a boat it is a hard place to store it on the trailer. Otherwise it is spacious and very easily accommodates multiple families and has a nice sprawling outdoor area and dock.

We needed a place to celebrate 3 April birthdays...with 3 separate family groups. There were 8 of us so there was plenty of room for all of us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Two kitchens and two living rooms. We spent the time swimming in the lake, kayaking, playing ping pong, and playing games. We all had a great time!

Our two sons, their wives and three very young grandchildren (5, 3 & 6 mos,) were very comfortable because of complete “apartments” upstairs & downstairs. The outside areas gave us plenty of options for socializing, especially the fire pit and the boathouse/dock. We anchored a large floating mat away from the dock, and it became a perfect swimming area for the kids and adults. We also enjoyed the two kayaks to explore the lake. It was ALL LAKE ALL THE TIME!

Loved the home gave us plenty of space for all our family. Easy access to the lake and loved the covered dock for hanging out. Our issue was the driveway. It did not work for us. Too steep and not enough room for parking. Also it would be very helpful to have the house number posted some where. The host was very responsive and very easy to deal with. What a great house right on the water. For 8 adults and a toddler, there was plenty of space to spread and not be on top of each other. The owners, Adam and Ana, have done a terrific job in making the home feel comfy. The house was clean and in good working condition. The dock was a nice size to just hang and having the 2 kayaks was very handy. We loved it so much, already booked to return next year. Dates starting to fill up. Thanks Adam and Ana!!

I wish I could have given the location 4.5 stars instead of 4 since it was only minor and typical issues with the surroundings. The home was terrific and very clean for a place that allows pets. I suffer this issue because my wife has to bring our 7 lb. yorkie mix with the family gatherings. Yes there are some things that are being worked on, but for a seasonal lake house it's kept up very well. The driveway is gravel and a bit steep, so it's probably best to back down since there's very little to no turn around room once you and a second car arrive. You can bury a 3rd car and use 2 easily, when facing out. there is a spot on top for a boat trailer as well. The lake was shallow and very warm in mid July. The water was a little murky. The bottom was more firm out off the end of the dock and a much better swim area. Shopping was an 18 minute drive to a Food Lion in Littleton, NC. The owner I spoke to "Adam" was both friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

Our group of 13, 3 families, had an absolute blast. 2 kitchens is perfect for storage and cooking. The boat dock was great for playing, floating, etc. I genuinely can’t think of anything I would change or ask for with this house! Owner Adam was great in all aspects of the rental process. Highly recommend!!

What a beautiful home, boat house, screened in deck, and property in general. So many things to talk about: the bedrooms, the two kitchens, the cleanliness of everything. It all compares to a 5 star hotel suite but more than all of that I have to say that one of the best experiences was the flexibilityy, the kindness, the concern and the overall hospitality of the host. Adam dosn't seem like he's even in it for the money but instead for the joy he's able to offer to others by offering his home. Thankyou Adam and I hope your reward is great for the many blessings that come through you and your family.

We had a wonderful family vacation! There was so much space to enjoy. If you needed some quiet or wanted to play a group game, there were always places to go. We loved swimming off the dock, the kayaks and boating. Even though it rained most of the week, we still had fun playing ping pong, games and visiting. The kitchens were very well stocked and the upstairs porch was great to be able to enjoy outside even in the rain. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again!

The place was perfect! We were there for our Grandson's Graduation. With the 2 separate living areas 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs, was very helpful for my husband & I who are much older than the rest. We could stay upstairs and enjoy the peace and quiet and go downstairs and join the family when ready. Location Great, 2 minutes from our grandson's house. Boathouse dock and swimming (or I should say floating) in the lake were very relaxing. Would definitely go back!!

Owner was great about answering questions prior to arrival and made sure we knew he was available anytime if needed. Great time with family for Thanksgiving. This property is great for larger families/groups especially with the 2 kitchens. The screened in porch is great for morning coffee as is the large deck on the first floor. Gas grill was a nice update since our last visit.

Loved this area of Lake Gaston. First time staying in Bracey and enjoyed it more than the Littleton side.
The dock was great for the kids to jump off and the water wasn't murky, like some other houses we've stayed. The water isn't too deep so no diving! Adults could easily stand a good ways out. The waterways near the house were quiet enough to where the kids could paddle board out quite a ways and we didn't feel they would be run over by boats/jet skis. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the Shady Shack! The kids sang karaoke one night and loved it. We also enjoyed being able to access the park/beach with the water slide and playground.
The only reason for a 4star review is the bedrooms need some serious updates (comforters, mattresses, pillows). The listing does say no linens or towels provided, so we brought our own. I did bring my own pillow, thank goodness.
The kitchen also needs much updating. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason for where anything was placed. The utensils were scattered everywhere. We ruled out the larger pan right away b/c everything stuck to it. Only one small crockpot. No measuring cups that I could find (other than liquid). And the dryer didn't work well.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We loved eating on the porch. Kids loved ping pong. Great location... just needs some finesse!

Week on the lake with family and pets
The house was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 2 dogs. Plenty of space for everyone. The dock has a large covered area perfect relaxing in the shade after a swim. We enjoyed the kayaks and the ping pong table. We had a great week.

Family vacation
I rented this lake house for a family vacation. It included my wife and I as well as my son and daughter’s family. The house had space for all of us to gather as well as space for individuals to do their own thing. The kids really enjoyed jumping off the dock and I introduced three of my grandkids to fishing. Remarkably, every time they threw their line in they got a nibble and often a fish. Even the eight year girl was putting her own worms on her hook. We had a great time.

This lake house had plenty of room for the family to be together or disappear in other parts of the house if needed. Plenty of room outside on the large deck or down at the boathouse/dock. Spent a lot of time sitting on the dock and hanging in the lake.
The house was very clean with comfortable furniture. We would rent this house again.

Peace and Quiet
Property is tucked up in a branch of the lake that is very quiet and beautiful. House layout perfect and so glad to have kayaks. All amenities we could ever need. And so glad dogs welcome!! He is part of our family! Hosts very quick to respond when had questions when we got there. Would definitely book again.

The ping pong table was a big hit for the everyone The kayaks were definitely a plus. The view from the porch was amazing loved having my morning coffee out there. Delightful time, yet some disappointments
Our family had a wonderful time, and the location was quiet and peaceful. I am not wanting to be a downer or *that* person, and I do not like complaining, but there were a few things that were disappointing....we did have a very special time, however, I the uncleanliness of the kitchen cabinets, drawers, and especially the ovens was disturbing. We wanted to store some of our food in the larger lazy Susan corner cabinet in the downstairs kitchen, but I spent good time cleaning onion skins and dirty smudges and grime on that cabinet before I could put any food in it. The corner of the floor there had cobwebs and dirt. Many other drawers had crumbs or splatters (silverware drawer upstairs) and we felt we needed to clean every dish/utensil before using it. The upstairs oven was definitely in need of cleaning. It looks like it had been a while. A light fixture in the downstairs bathroom had bugs and grunge, which we washed when we needed to replace the burned out light bulb. I'm also wondering about the musty odor that hits one when entering the ping pong room. I understand that this is a damp area with the lake and all, but I'm thinking an odor fresh product, a dehumidifier, or some other means could take care of the mustiness. Perhaps it's in the carpet and more challenging to take care of. The sofas in the downstairs sitting area are well worn and could use a coverlet (like the one over an upstairs sofa) or replaced. The owner Adam was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly, and we certainly appreciated the smoothness of checking in. These considerations can perhaps make another family's stay even better! Thank you for allowing us to stay! We did have a wonderful time together!

Perfect Place for Family Fun!
We had a GREAT family get together! The number of bedrooms and baths was perfect for our needs. Lake was WONDERFUL for our kayak's and Pontoon. Kitchen well stocked and large. Ping Pong table was a big hit. We did have a problem, but as soon as I contacted Adam he had it being worked on. Enjoyed our time together!
