The price was incredible.

Seems like a lot of people live at this hotel. Plus, I found a cockroach in the bed and it was still very much alive!

The staff were friendly and courteous, so I regret giving such a negative review

Toilet seat not attached. Shower handle was broken and required replacement before the shower could be used.. They did repair it expeditiously. Room was dilapidated and there were many stains and marks on the walls and other places. Mattress was the opposite of firm The fixtures in general were ancient. The shower had little water flow and it could not be described as hot. Just warm enough to not be uncomfortable.

It was cheap so that was good since I was only staying one night.

The location could not find my reservation even though I had all my confirmation info so I had to pay for another room. I traveled from Maryland so I just got the new room and moved on. In the room it appeared that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly and even with staying in a nonsmoking room all night I smelled smoke. This have me a severe headache so I didn't sleep very well.

Nothing - we asked for a refund - we could not stay in this Inn.

It smelled of smoke and really cheap air fresheners. It really affected my allergies so we never stayed in the room and asked for a refund. The furniture and bedding was old - the Inn needs a complete remodel. When we checked into another hotel - we were told Lake Gaston Inn has a bad reputation - not a safe place to stay.

The facility was quiet clean and the staff was very very friendly very nice quiet place to rest.

Could not get a channel guide for the television. Very decent for the price.

The staff was great. The room was clean. The price was perfect.

The bed wasn't very comfortable.
