The place was so clean. And staff friendly. All hotels should mirror this hotel.

The shower was EXCEPTIONAL. Everything as a whole was excellent

Property needs another firepit. 1 group took up the whole thing for more than 2hrs & well after midnight. Inconvenience for others looking to use this feature also.

The location was perfect for us. They had a nice use of space in the common areas, cleanliness, staff, and grounds were nice.

Disregard with little wall coverings the level of noise that makes it into your room is way above average. The hotel was largely empty but we still had a lot of road and highway noise. They do provide earplugs and white noise machines but this is signs that they know it’s loud but aren’t taking any steps to fix the loud holistically. Also, as modern as this hotel was, it had an old and busted coin operated washer and drier.

I loved that the staff were so friendly! Devin, and the gentleman he was training (on night shift) were my favorite, and by far the most friendly and helpful guest I’ve ever had while staying at a hotel, suit, or “home away from home” if you will. I live in Knoxville and anytime I want to stay in a hotel here I’ll be staying at Aloft and anytime I go on vacation outside the state of TN I’ll try to find another “Aloft” location. I also loved the cleanliness, the pool tables, the gym, the outside heated pool and sitting area. I also thought it was so cool that they had a barbecue that Tuesday night, they had a DJ, cooked hamburgers for everyone, and you got 2 alcoholic beverages and they offered non-alcoholic beverages, and this was all at no charge to the guest. Even if your on a business trip and you worry the noise may have to had a function going on they have ear plugs and a noise machine to use while your getting some rest. If your staying in Knoxville, CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! You won’t regret it! Side note: The breakfast is NOT complimentary but they have good prices and even better food!

I wish The pool had been a little bit bigger and I wish the website would have posted a picture posted showing the true size of the pool.

The housekeeping was horrible. I left dirty towels outside my room at 230 the housekeeper was across in another room when I returned later that night at 11pm I still had dirty laundry and trash outside my door

It was so noisy even with earplugs and on two nights a change of room and a noise canceling machine offered by reception, I did not sleep.

The layout of the room & furniture choices were great. Comfortable mattress.

Top bed sheet had a small visible rip at the top. Sheets super wrinkled. Not sure if rug had been vacuumed or at least not very well. Bar in lobby was closed. Pool very small. Lots of traffic noise.

Room was not clean, bathroom door would not close, water pressure almost non-existent, no body wash, no coffee filter in coffee pot, dirty floor, shower runs into the rest of the bathroom floor, no iron, no closet, no dresser, no seating outside, bar was closed, no breakfast served, difficult and very inconvenient to access entrance coming from interstate, NO BLANKETS provided or extra pillows. Would never recommend.

The hotel itself is neat layout and has alot of potential

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the cleanliness was disgusting mold in showers, stains on everything tables in rooms looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a long time.

Stark. What kind of place supplies earplugs because it is noisy? One room had no wastebasket and no glasses, plastic or otherwise.

Bathroom wasn't clean (e.g., toothpaste on the wall), sink didn't drain. The front desk never gave me my wake up calls - I requested two and neither came which was critical b/c my son and I had a college tour at UT to make.

The Staff was wonderful! The Facility was clean as well as quiet. Also the Friday night entertainment by "CJ the piano man" was excellent!

We honestly liked the hotel a lot! The room had plenty of space, and the bed was comfortable. The staff we talked to were all friendly and polite

Cleaning and maintenance were not up to par. There was dirty clothes in a drawer, trash in the trash can; one of the glasses had residue on the rim and the other wasn't very clean. The safe was locked when we checked in, I reported it but they did not unlock and check it. The blackout shade was off the tracks too. The hotel is too new to have these kind of cleaning and maintenance issues.
