Struttura moderna, oggettistica di ottimo gusto e di alto valore, ogni cosa è al posto giusto, dal porta zampironi alla sauna, tutto veramente top. Spazio esterno con piscina + idromassaggio il giusto per 3/4 persone, tavolo esterno con BBQ, sedia dondolo appesa e sauna. Noi avendo un bimbo di 3 mesi abbiamo sfruttato tanto la piscina e devo dire che è stata una manna dal cielo in quanto il mare era mosso e ventilato. Casa piccolina ma ben organizzata, c’è tutto quello che serve, doccia bella grande, doppio lavandino, tv in camera e finestre nuove con vasistas e zanzariere. Cucina pronta con stoviglie di tutti tipi, forno microonde lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Marta molto gentile, disponibile ma sopratutto performante, ogni messaggio su whatsapp risposta immediata. Posizione ottimale per andare in spiaggia ma non essere sulla via principale, 6-7 minuti dalla spiaggia a piedi. Davanti c’è una forneria con alimentari, sempre aperta tutti giorni.

CI TENGO A PRECISARE CHE NON SONO COMMENTI NEGATIVI BENSI SUGGERIMENTI X MIGLIORARE: Per noi è stato l’ideale in quanto il nostro blocco composto da 2 appartamenti era solo per noi, ma se ipotizzo una condivisione con gente con magari bambini diventa abbastanza piccolo e si rischia di avere molto casino. Se avessimo avuto gente in piscina tutto il giorno sarebbe stato più complicato avere momenti di relax completo. Per andare in sauna o zona relax bisogna sempre passare davanti alla porta ingresso di una delle due abitazioni, la sauna e zona relax sono situate esattamente dietro alla camera letto/bagno, se hai finestre aperte praticamente è come averli in casa. Dalle foto me lo aspettavo più isolato come complesso invece è completamente sulla strada, hai un via vai di macchine e motorini tutto giorno a neanche 2 mt di distanza. Avrei messo dei condimenti olio-sale-pepe monouso per sopravvivenza :) Mancanza di un vero e proprio posto auto, hai una zona davanti a casa abbastanza tranquilla però se ogni gg ti sposti non sempre sei sicuro di rimetterla nello stesso posto. Wifi dovevo ri-autenticarmi tutte le volte, però funziona bene.

No Idea

The small but lovely Pool is shared with just one other apartment, the area is safe and quiet. At the moment there is a building site just next to the house, but they start late in the morning, so it was ok. Martha and Teresa are lovely hosts. The bed is very comfortable and there is a lot of space in every room. Parking in the streets nearby is easy and there is a nice bakery just opposite the house. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. As everywhere in Italy do not forget to bring something to keep away the Moskitos for sitting outside. The windows at the apartment are equipped with nets, so you are well protected inside the house.

The only things missing were generell products like salt, pepper, oil, tea as there is nothing on arrival. But a Conrad Supermarket is within 4 minutes drive. For the rental price I think these things should be there anyway.

Marta, the owner of the apartament is a great person, very helpful and nice!The apartament was awesome-comfortable, very well equipped and modern. Swimming pool with jacuzzi was very nice!We recommend with place for your holiday stay.

Perfect accomodation, perfectly clean, comfortable, calm. Marta is very kind, friendly, helpful. The pool is perfect for small children.

There were a lot of mosquitoes, after 5 we couldn't stay outside. The neighbours were a litlle bit loud.
