Very spacious and clean condo. It had everything we needed for 5 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 preteens. The views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom were absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony.
The only negative was that some of the beach chairs were broken, but that wasn’t that big of a deal.

The condo was wonderful. Would have been nice if the pool was completed but there was easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, the parking garage was a plus. I have no complaints. We enjoyed our stay

The condo is amazing and sooo comfortable!! It was great to have the whole family together, we got to eat meals together instead of being in 2 separate hotel rooms and having to eat out every meal. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was a plus to have a reserved parking space in the underground garage, and there was plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for everyone to use in the condos own storage unit in the underground garage as well. Jared was very good at answering any questions I had. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was not available but Jared has nothing to do with that. I would definitely recommend this condo and would use it again if we get back to Daytona Beach in the future.

This condo had all we wanted for our spring break vacation: lots of beach toys/chairs/umbrella, beach access was right next to the condo entrance (pool was unfortunately still closed due to hurricane reconstruction), multiple stores within walking distance, putt-putt across the street, you name it! The condo itself was exactly as pictured, very spacious and plenty of room for our group of 7 people. There was a reserved parking space in the garage and a few street-level parking spots available. I only wish that the pool construction had been completed, but that is obviously not the condo owners' fault. Communication with the owners leading up to our stay was timely. I would absolutely stay here again, thanks for a great vacation!

From the very beginning our host was so attentive, we had travel issues and he was so gracious to us upon our arrival. Check in was easy and everything we needed was available. Close to shops and of course steps to the beach. With the age range of our family it was perfect for us. I want to thank our host times a million and I’d love to stay again if we’re back in the area in the future.

It has everything one needs, and more, even those things one forgets like salt, pepper, spices, beach chairs etc. Very enjoyable and clean, beautiful views, hence a 5 star rating! The only downside was the pool and the hot tub are still under construction because of the recent hurricane damage - but this was minor. (Just a heads up for imminent guests)

We had the pleasure of staying at Opus Condos. The condo is absolutely beautiful. HUGE rooms and lots of space. The property is undergoing construction due to hurricane in 2022 so it would be harder to enjoy pooltime in summer until construction completed. The only issue we had was with parking. The property has very limited parking with no options for overflow. We managed to find parking each night but some people werent so lucky.

Jared was fantastic and easy to work with. This condo has it all. It included all the beach equipment needed for a great day at the beach and then some.
The beach chairs even had backpack straps, which made for easy transport. The condo is across the street from a Dollar General and minature golf.
We will be back! Do not hesitate on this condo. It was clean, well suplied and in a great location. Once again cannot say enough how great Jared was.😊

We stayed four nights and found everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We asked if a card table could be provided as we are bridge players and sure enough it was there when we arrived. We plan on staying there next year. Super place to stay.

This was the perfect condo for our family’s first beach trip with two little ones. The place was clean, bright, and very comfortable for all of us. The kiddos loved the pool, and being right on the beach was absolutely perfect.

Great location and the condo is very clean, cozy, quiet, and relaxing. Friendly building staff. We had a great getaway while in town for our son’s commissioning. Took a number of the owner’s suggestions for food and they were all great! Had one small issue with the ice maker and the owner was very responsive.
Pool area is also a plus with hot tub. Overall just a wonderful stay!!

My family and I had the best time in Daytona, the pictures do not do this condo justice. It is a very large three bedroom and has the most perfect views. We will be back for sure!

It was clean, very comfy and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Great for a family. Ramp down to the beach was great. Just be warned...if you have to park in the lot good luck. This condo came with a spot in the garage, but if you took 2 cars you will be in trouble.

My family enjoyed the spacious condo and the spectacular view. The welcome book provides great recommendations which we took advantage of, and they didn't disappoint. If ever traveling to Daytona again, I will definitely be reaching out to Jared.

Getaway Perfection
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, immaculate and provided all the amenities listed. There were 3 couples so the 3rd bathroom and the roominess of the condo was a definite plus…we never felt like we were crowding ourselves into too small of a space. Communication with Jared was quick and he went out of his way to make sure we were ready for our stay. Weekend getaways have become a tradition for us and we are hoping to stay there again.

Beautiful Condo
Really enjoyed the condo. I actually rented the condo next door as well from another agency because I had a large group. It wasn’t nearly as nice as this one. Would definitely rent from Jared again.
