This is the only property I book when coming to Carillon! It’s the super cute and the perfect size. Everything was clean, and beds were comfy. The lake view is beautiful and the beach is walking distance. Will continue to book this property for our travels!

Our family loved this unit. Upgraded decor inside and had everything we needed. Loved the patio overlooking Lake Carillon and a short stroll to the pools and the walkover to the beach. Also super close to the cafes and store.

The location is great! Carillon neighborhood and beach access are amazing. We also enjoyed the cafes in downtown Carillon. Great area that is very peaceful.

You would never know this perfect beach village was tucked in behind the main road. Park your car and rent bikes for the week to enjoy the gorgeous neighborhood, the perfect beach, and all four pools. So quiet and peaceful and family friendly.

This condo was everything we needed for a long weekend. The Carillon Beach community has wonderful pools and private beach access as well as a breakfast/lunch cafe and a coffee/wine bar. Close to Rosemary Beach as well as PCB. Would definitely stay again!

We were not notified that the one pool we had code access to was closed for repairs, and appeared to have been for a while.
Condo needs an icemaker, or more than 2 trays.
Other than that, a 5 star unit.
We'd book again, when pool is available.
Rent a golf cart! Makes getting to the beach much easier.
You will love the Carillon Little Beach Cafe for breakfast and lunch.
Publix and liquor practically across the street! Great place to stay.

The unit was lovely - very tastefully decorated (except for the missing stove knob). While not on the beach (a short walk, which was doable even while carrying chairs), it was waterfront to the pond/lake, where we made friends with the turtles. But proximity to the Green for the wedding we attended was the best. What a gorgeous place for the young couple to start their lives together.

The rental was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and very comfortable, with everything that we needed available. The patio was a favorite, with comfortable furniture and a wonderful view. The complex was well kept and the hot tub was a great bonus.

The place itself is located in a very nice area and near a lot of things that you might need. The room is gorgeous and the bed was comfy. Vacasa reps were helpful and nice.

We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Great location, clean and updated condo. Thank you for always making our 30a vacation perfect.

Just ok
The property was nicely decorated, but we had a few issues.
1- Their is a funky smell that isn’t pleasant.
2- There is only enough hot water for one shower at time. It takes 15-20 minutes for the next user.
3- There was a sleeper sofa, but the mattress desperately needs replaced. Our 9 year old even complained about the springs and ultimately just slept on the couch.
5- There were no extra blankets for sleeper sofa, just a bunch of flat sheets.
4- Be very aware that you only have access to one pool and it is not heated. The other pools in Carrilon are for house owners and guests.
5- The thermostat was programmed to go up to 74 at some point in the day, so the unit was very warm in the evening. We figured it out and flipped it to hold the temp lower, but something to be aware of.
6- The towels had hairs on them when we pulled them out.
7- The bathroom floor was slimy and slippery when we arrived. I had to mop it before letting anyone use it.
Positives- we rented a golf cart and that made the experience very enjoyable getting to and from the beach. I highly recommend this.
The unit location is great being on the end and on the first floor.
We really like Carillon Beach, but will likely look for a house next time just for the better amenities.

Awesome vacation destination
The staff was very nice when we checked in. The hotel was in a great location and in walking distance of the beach. We will be staying here again.

Nice Quiet Condo with Excellent Location
My wife and I enjoyed staying in Unit 115.
The location is Excellent.

Only Negative...not enough Hot Water!!! Ouch!!!
Shower head needs to be changed to a "Water Saver" Shower head.
I ran out of Hot Water on both showers.
Too much water flowing thru the Older Shower Head.
Adding a "water saver" shower head should correct this problem.
Will definitely stay there again.

Great Little Condo
This condo is super cute and looked professionally decorated. It was very clean too. The patio view was superb! The hot water ran out quick when showering but I assume that is an issue with the whole building and not just this unit. Thanks for a great comfortable stay!

Perfect getaway
The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. The ground level was so nice and gave us easy access to the pool. Check in and check out was a smooth and easy process. Communication with rental agency was also great. This is a great rental for a couple for a beach getaway. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Excellent,clean, convenient lodging for short trip to beaches. The ground level back entrance and with patio overlooking the lake and establishment was a real plus! Also it was close to community pool. We would book again if needed.

Exactly what we wanted!
Looked just like the pictures. Perfect location on the first floor. Easy to get in and out. Just a quick 5 min walk to the beach through a nice neighborhood. Short drives to both Panama City Beach and Seaside. Couldn’t ask for more!

Property is in a great location, very well equipped and clean. Loved the patio to watch sunsets.
Couldn't make the fireplace to work and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Check out time being 10am is way too early! Overall had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Cozy and Convenient
This condo was perfect. This is our 3rd time in 5 months coming to Carillon Beach and this is by far our favorite community. The beach is only about a 4-5 minute walk and is a private beach which is great for social distancing. Everyone in the community is always friendly. This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. This is on the first floor and overlooks the pond. Both of the televisions were smart TV’s which was very nice and convenient. Also the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities that you will need for cooking. I would definitely stay at this condo again and look forward to booking again.

First Time to Carillon
Because of Covid and being older :-), I liked that it was accessed on the ground floor. The back patio faces the beautiful lake between me and where the beach is. I loved my daily walks around the picture perfect, and stylish, cottages. I am a former property manager for 30-A cottages ( It was perfect and I will recommend it to others.
